here is a no argument plain proof abortion is murder or man slaughter one or the other

i remember a lady in a hospital who was brain deaD but still alive

her husband pulld the plug and let her go. and was charged with murder by law

the point is a lot of you are saying that befor a baby is born is alive but the brain isent working yet

and by that you all say abortion is not murder.

on top of this the unborn baby was due to be born and brain alive

but was stoped. ---PULLD THE PLUG---- yet abortion hospitals are leagal

go figure

that lady had no hope but the husband was charged with murder

the baby was without a doubt going to live and abortion killd it leagaly

anyone who says that the two examples are not the same which is murder is brain dead

First, learn to either spell or proof read a post before posting it so it makes some sort of sense (i.e. it is cogent).

Secnod, read the Black's Legal Dictionary for the legal meaning of murder and you will realize it is a misnomer in this debate.

Last but not least, if you are going to give some sort of factual or anecdotal evidence in support of your argument...at least cite a reference to it so we can verify it. Otherwise you're just full of....with your emotive unsubstantiated asinine opinion.

So you're actually claiming that your phone changed 'second' to 'secnod'?

So you are actually claiming that walking around and typing on an IPhone is just as easy as sitting at a desk typing into a nice big keyboard that often has programs for auto-correct or spell check?

Who are you? GWV's lawyer? What are you claiming? I hope that you're claiming that you don't know what the case is, as you couldn't possibly know. But what is clear is that you have a tendency to jump in when something wasn't addressed to you as if it were. (like I did here)

It's very nice that abortion does not equal murder.

Wonderful that abortion gives both partners equal rights regarding pregnancy.

It's a giant step forward for gender equality, and bringing children into the best of possible circumstances.

murder, capital punishment, euthanasia, "non combatant casualty", suicide. these words all describe killing someone. it would be idiocy to say they were all the same. the reason we have different words is because the universe we live in is complex. we need different terms because murder is different to capital punishment, we use different terms because suicide is not the same euthanasia.

just as foetuses are not the same as children.

(also, foetuses hardy treat fathers the same as mothers. maternal mortality during childbirth has been a huge burden for humanity throughout history. paternal mortality doesnt quite rate.)

By mocking him with "actually claiming that your phone changed ". Just seems kinda obvious.

How can mocking you be considered whining?

You label valid logical arguments as whining so often that I am surprised to see you change your tactic to envy! Way to go! Nice and creative...

I would call you a selfish radical feminist that attacks and insults anything that challenges anything feminist, but not a man hater.

LOL! And you would be wrong. But you should be used to that by now. It is the norm.

I attack and insult things that are stupid and irrational and illogical.

I love men as well. Real men, not babies that walk around pretending to be men. I haven't met that many real men. But I know them when I see them. They don't have to put women down to feel secure about their manhood, they take care of their children both financially and physically, they treat others with respect and they consider more things important than just what makes their penis hard.

It cuts both ways.

They don't have to put men down to feel secure about their womanhood, they take care of their children both financially and physically, they treat others with respect and they consider more things important than just what a wet vagina can get for them.
