Unfortunately, Christians are not immune from sinning. When we sin (me too) we pray to God to forgive us and then we forsake our sin.

I think I am probably about as conservative as one could get, however I have a plaque on my wall of conscience that reads MYOB, it's none of my business what some strange woman does with her health care or child bearing decisions. It does not influence my vote for a candidate of any party or group to have them standing on a soap box trying to stir up more stink by sticking their nose into someone's private affairs. That's what this nation once was until the politicians found they needed a gimmick to lie about things to get someone to vote for them. We're talking about electing someone to manage our treasury and pay our bills and hopefully keep us all safe, that's all the F-ck we elect them for but everyone seems to have forgotten that. I don't need some idiot to tell me what to say or how to live or how to manage my personal affairs, nor do any of you.
Thanks from LongWinded

I completely thought that it would be Gordy to make the 1st post equating abortion w/ racism, but no. Good job.

OMG.....it's not a sin to have an abortion in America. It might be a sin in your church, but not in this nation. In this nation and our secular laws, there is no sinning. What I find interesting in your comment is apparently more Christian women don't care what you think.

It's that magic little "born again" card they were given by the televangelists in the mid 1970's. Everyone else will go to hell, and they can let them know, but no matter WHAT these club members do, their Jesus, the schmuck, died for their sins already so it's "hey, let's sin like there's no tomorrow" for them now.

You missed the "Forsake" part. I sin. I confess the sin to GOD. I then "Forsake" the sin. That means that I realize that it was wrong to sin and promise to apply myself to not doing it again. We're not playing Monopoly here.
