Jim, I think the point is that it doesn't matter what was asked, who asked it or how it was presented. Presidents, governors, and lawmakers are put ON the SPOT every day--in every way. Some of the questions put to them are absolutely hilarious, insane, goofy, and down right stupid. Candidates must be prepared for anything and must handle those questions with intelligence, even if the question is a land mine. Candidates must KNOW their position on everything from abortion to gummy bears.
Trump simply can't deliver. I'm guessing he doesn't listen to his handlers. I'm guessing he thinks he is smarter than everyone else. I'm guessing he doesn't give a rip whether he screws up or not because his supporters continually give him a hall pass. Trump isn't careful. He's a toddler having a melt down--with absolutely no impulse control. His positions turn on a dime so his positions are in constant flux.

However, that's exactly what the GOP platform says.

That fact doesn't have anything to do with Trump or Matthews.

Your so sweet......But I am no Trump fan....I know that screws up the left-wing narrative....Trump does not speak for the Republican Party and he is no Conservative....not by a long shot.....If a meteorite came out of the heavens and hit him right in the middle of his rediculous hairdo, that would be a good thing...

But what you are describing is someone who can obfuscated fabricate and dissemble all at the same time....Another words an experienced political animal....Which Trump ain't and obviously the people have rejected.....And Matthews is still a gutter snipe....

If the fetus is in the same legal position as a child, why not charge with murder the mother who chose to have an abortion?

Hillary recently refered to an unborn as a person, which defacto overturns roe v wade.

I think you need to study your constitution and the responsibilities and powers of the different branches of your government.

And also the significance and/or lack thereof of comments by citizens.

Hell, many citizens including yourself have said that on this forum and it hasn't overturned Roe vs Wade.
Thanks from catus felis and Sabcat

Read decision, supreme court said the whole decision hung on the question of being a person.

But they didn't say that your or Hillary's opinion on it was of any relevance at all.
