Now for the health or a threat to the mother ??..Well that is why there are obstetricians to make that judgement...

A human is a human, there is no other definition....It has something to do with DNA.....

OK. So, I'll ask again: When do you believe life to begin? And why?

Correct! From a genetic standpoint, life has begun at the point of inception as that zygote has no other option but to develop into a human being.

A little goalpost shifting there. Nice try.

No goal post shifting...It is you who is using an irrelevant graph...The question is How many people believe life starts at conception and you post a graph showing what people think of abortion....apples and oranges...

Changing human to life? An amoeba and a fly are life.

And my point in posting the graph was that even in the US, 50% of people are in favor of unrestricted abortion and if you include those with restrictions (read the link, more would use a 20 - 24 week limit) it is a majority.

just because compost turns into plants doesn't mean you need weed killer to take out the garbage

you used the absolute accurate phrase: DEVELOP INTO

as in: IT'S NOT A HUMAN BEING YET

Speaking of goal post shifting..... when 2 human gametes join they become a human zygote...with human DNA, not a fruit fly's or an amoeba's DNA... The question now becomes "does life begin when the gametes meet??....or sometime later on??....it's either A or B

So what??.....That has nothing to do with the question....besides if 51% of the people said "let's go jump off a cliff!!" does that make it right??
