No, but there are people that pose to be Christians what want to dominate the world.

I'd rather have a Christian-dominated world than a Muslim one.

(My bold)

Only if Christendom in all its various guises has to compete for followers in a secular state. The US has - more or less - managed the trick, with only a few major bumps along the way. A pure Christendom would be just as prone as any other religion to make horrendous mistakes - for the most pious reasons, I'm sure, which is surely a great comfort to all the Native Peoples dead in the New World @ the hands of the civilizers; as well as the witches, Romany, philosophers, literate, freethinkers, & so forth dead @ the hands of the keepers of the Church.

Yes, given that mainline Christian religion has mostly tamed down after the various wars of succession in Europe, the Reformation, the Counterreformation, the Office of the Holy Inquisition, the persecution of the Jews, the Mormons, the Baptists, the R. Catholics, the Huguenots, the Anabaptists & on & on - Yah, we'd probably be safer, for now, for the moment.

Long term, I'd want a secular state.

Um....what?

1sec·u·lar adjective \ˈse-kyə-lər\
: not spiritual : of or relating to the physical world and not the spiritual world

: not religious

: of, relating to, or controlled by the government rather than by the church
