Case Name

Docket / Court 94 C 4094 ( N.D. Ill. ) FH-IL-0011
State/Territory Illinois

Not being allowed to discriminate is not forcing loans be written, which is also retarded to think.

Fact, Bush and FRANKLIN RAINS set up no less that 25 special low and no down payment programs.

what % of loans failed ~15% that could be why Bush wanted banks to make lower risk loans, and warned as such\

So WTF did he and Raines set up NEW PROGRAMS specifically aimed at getting banks to make loans to low income families ??

Fact, under Clinton only 7% of Fannie or Freddie loans were made with zero down payment.

once again the loans that were made from 1994-2007 were done under the Loan structure Clinton signed

Then explain why the ZERO DOWN LOANS SKY ROCKETED under Bush and Rains NEW PROGRAMS ????

Fact, under Bush 41% of F&F loans were made with zero down payment.

once again This is why Bush wanted Congress to change the law,

AND REPUBLICANS WERE IN CHARGE OF BOTH HOUSES OF CONGRESS. WHY DIDN'T THEY FIX IT ???? Are you still saying ONE LITTLE GAY MAN had MORE POWER than EVERY REPUBLICAN IN CONGRESS COMBINED ??????

Fact, 95% of the loans that defaulted were written between 2003 and 2008.

once again that is why bush wanted to have the regulations changed.

Because democrats would not change the law to prevent the crisis.

NEITHER DID THE REPUBLICANS !!!!!! They were convinced that home ownership, especially MINORITY ownership would create whole new groups of REPUBLICANS. MOSTLY in groups that traditionally have not voted Republican.

No way to deny it, BUSH SHARES THE BLAME !!!! LOTS OF IT !!! For crashing the housing market.

Like I said before, if I shoot you, then try to operate on you to remove the bullet, am I the villain or the hero ?????
What did Bush and Franklin Raines set up the subprime loans.. BUSH DIDN'T Raines is the one that Bundled Mortgage Securities and forced banks to sell them as sound investment .... BUSH cannot override law, with out the law being changed by Congress... the Law forced these loans to be made

once again I reference the case

Raines wrote a Brief to the courts to rule against the banks.

Your hypocrisy is beyond astounding !!!!! You have been exceedingly vocal about how the current economy is ALL OBAMA'S FAULT !!!! You won't even discuss that FACT that it all tanked before he was elected, NOPE NO SIR IT'S ALL OBAMA'S FAULT.

Yet you completely absolve Bush of any participation in the very thing the created the current economy !!!!!!

AND, wait wait wait, there was a political shift when was that ?? OH YEAH they called it the REPUBLICAN REVOLUTION of .. when ?? 1994 !!!!!!!!!!! Isn't that when they TOOK OVER BOTH HOUSES OF CONGRESS ???

That means the REPUBLICAN'S sat on their asses DOING NOTHING to change the rules !!!!!!!!!!!!!

However the FACTS remain, the bubble didn't start until 2002 !!! The SAME YEAR Bush and Raines set up TWENTY FIVE NEW PROGRAMS to put low income and MOSTLY MINORITY families into home of their own.

One of the phrases CONSTANTLY repeated on this board is that the Democrats want to BUY votes using welfare and other hand out programs.

THE REPUBLICANS DID THE SAME THING !!!!! They thought they could convert traditionally democratic voters into REPUBLICANS by letting them buy houses with little or no money down.

Let's not even get started about the 1999 (YES signed by Clinton) Banking deregulation passed by the above mentioned REPUBLICAN CONGRESS.

Let's also not talk about how BUSH'S man at the SEC let the FIVE LARGEST, too big to fail, investment banks DO AWAY WITH THE SEC'S liquidity rules so THEY COULD BUY EVEN MORE MORTGAGED BACKED SECURITIES !!!! Securities SOLD BY PRIVATE LENDERS, NOT FANNIE OR FREDDIE !!!!

NO NO NO NO NO, the current economy is ALL OBAMA'S FAULT and St Bush PLAYED NO PART IN IT'S CREATION !!!
Thanks from Archie Goodwin
