9th Circuit and Political overreach
Graph from Snopes. Seems our judges in the 9th Circuit can not interpret law or flat out refuse to recognize it. It will be interesting to see what the Supreme Court does with Mr Trump's immigration EO.
Not a good track record for Judges.
From Snopes: Among less than one tenth of one percent of circuit court decisions reviewed by the Supreme Court, about 80 percent of the Ninth Circuit Court's decisions were overturned.
Government pitting citizen against non citizen will not turn out well.
