People need to learn to read the facts, not the lies from 'Think Progress'. As difficult as that may be for regressive hacks to do.

In a statement last May, the Justice Department said Sessions "was instructed [by the FBI investigator handling the background check] not to list meetings with foreign dignitaries and their staff connected with his Senate activities."

American Oversight says it's nonpartisan, but its staff has connections to Democrats, according to USA Today.

One question: Who is "the Justice Department" that appears to be defending Sessions? Where can a copy of the statement be found?

And, the Attorney General is the head of the Justice Department, correct? Correct.

People need to learn to use their brains when reading the facts.
Thanks from McCoy

Yes, of course. Everything lately has been "misstated", "fake", "lies" or "exaggerations". That DOES stink. Just ask those of us who voted for Clinton.
LOCK HER UP! LOCK HER UP!

I love this from the article: In the margin of the single-page disclosure released on Thursday, Sessions cites two statutory justifications for not disclosing information about his meetings with Russians. Both of them claim disclosure “would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”

What next? Sessions did not MEET with the Russians but IF HE DID.....it's either classified (oops) or an invasion of his personal privacy. LOL

Here we go again with the drip drip drip. The article also states Junior's claim--that he wouldn’t rule out that he had other meetings during the campaign with Russians that the public doesn’t yet know about, saying he “probably met with other people from Russia.” Trump Jr. didn’t delve into details but said he didn’t expect further revelations to be damaging.
“This is everything,” he said. UH OH! WAS that EVERYTHING, JUNIOR?

Why, NO! It wasn't. Sessions will do and say anything to save his pathetic, deceitful skin.

You keep bringing up the Coffee Table where you'll talk shop and politics. Spike the coffee with Irish whiskey to get a heated argument. If you can't spike the coffee you are in the low echelon. : )
