That is mind boggling, amazing!!!!

What do we actually use it for? Watching cute kitten videos, porn and arguing with strangers over stupid shit.

*sigh* Of course, I can't really blame it on the technology itself. We CHOOSE to use it the way we do.

We DESERVE a dumbfuck like Trump.
Unless they are an RW on a political forum. Then they spend all their time digging through obscure, unqualified, uniformed and incorrect websites that say what they want to hear.

Once one understands what an IQ of 100 means (i.e. what one can do with an IQ of 100), absurd looking results such as this begin to make a lot more sense. Note: I am not attempting to fully endorse the notion of IQ, more the general ranges discovered are what of most interest to me (in this context)
Well, the correct answer to that true or false question is inevitably "false" since the time it takes the Earth to orbit the sun does not equal a calendar year's worth of time, nor is it a constant period of time like a non-"leap year" year.

@baloney detector

From Merrian-Webster Dictionary:

1.
a : the period of about 365 & 1/4 solar days required for one revolution of the earth around the sun
b : the time required for the apparent sun to return to an arbitrary fixed or moving reference point in the sky
c : the time in which a planet completes a revolution about the sun two; Mercury years

From the FreeDictionary.com:

Noun
1.
astronomical year - the time for the earth to make one revolution around the sun, measured between two vernal equinoxes

He did not create his voters. They have been there all along, seething with sometimes justifiable anger and suffering their various insecurities. They created and enabled Trump. Surveys conducted every two years by the National Science Foundation consistently demonstrate that slightly more than half of Americans reject the settled science concerning human evolution. They are not unaware that virtually all credible scientists accept the overwhelming evidence that we evolved from earlier species. They simply choose not to accept that consensus because it doesn’t comport with their deeply held beliefs. Many also embrace the absurd notion that the earth is only six thousand years old. Astonishingly, in the early 21st century, around a quarter of our citizenry seems unaware that said earth revolves around the sun.

Paraphrasing George Carlin, just think how stupid the average person is, and then realize that half the people are stupider than that. From 1990, no less.
