Amendment IX: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

i don't know if it is an inferiority complex or you are just showing your age here, regardless i have no idea what you are trying to accomplish w/ this line of questioning. it is a bit silly.

you introduce the constitution into a conversation, misrepresent it and then take juvenile pot shots when your "needs" are not instantly gratified...kinda cute.

Well then we can consider the entirety of the Constitution instead of just the Bill of Rights.

Give me examples of rights being consistently being violated without repercussion by the US Gov.

The Constitution and the bill of rights should be eliminated. The fact that the Democrat party is now viewing the Constitution as a living document and more of a guideline is a good thing. It will lead to the eventual removal of the Constitution and individual rights. We will transition to a collective society. Watching the Republican party fall apart with Trump as their leader is a wonderful part of our history unfolding. A avowed capitalist and a party that is supposed to represent individualism being destroyed. It is wonderful. It truly is.
