And that this is a parental problem, not the teacher's problem

Parents are often unaware of the problem, nor are they usually around when the bullying occurs at school. In fact, homophobic parents like yourself are a large part of the problem and their children know that.

School teachers and principals are also part of the problem, especially when those people are homophobic or otherwise tolerant of bullying. These laws simply put an obligation on the schools to deal with the behavior when it occurs within the scope of their authority. I'm not at all surprised that a hater like yourself opposes such a law.

I'm not at all surprised that a lying libbie like you wants the nanny state to take over from the parents

Obviously parents WOULD be aware of the problem if they were required to meet with the victims parents at the school

Kids are bullied for all kinds of reasons, maybe parents like you encourage kids bully to Christian kids at school and make fun of their "imaginary friend".

It's really awful the amount of bullying that the Christian (86% if of the entire population) community must bear. However are they able to emotionally protect themselves from that vicious bullying 14%?

You're such a moron.

What does that matter to a poor child who is bullied for professing their Christian faith by a bully who is raised by a vicious, intolerant christiophobe like shriek?

OK, but I think the parents are a huge part of the equation.

Yes, but it is like being a the Captain of a ship. As a parent, you are ultimately responsible for your children. As a ship's captain, you are ultimately responsible for the safety of your ship.
