Anyone can be a racist bully. Such as a person seeing one that is hearing challenged, physically challenged, mentally challenged, etc. Too bad they don't know any better and they would have their entire life to think about it. I'll bet the ones who gave me hell are probably regretting their actions as of now.

I bet they are too Willie.

But people who get bullied for racist reasons or for being hearing challenged, physically challenged, mentally challenged, etc., are not as important as people who get bullied for being gay.

California has not changed the public school curriculum to mandate teaching about hearing challenged people who impacted history

Nobody talks about hearing challenged people who take their lives

Actually it did. Sounds like you're not very familiar with SB48 or the fact that it includes teaching about the contributions of people with disabilities.

So why not include homosexuals in with people who have disabilities?

Let's see how the homosexualists try to twist this to their advantage, just as they are trying to hijack the Clementi trial

Spying on Tyler Clementi's gay sexual encounter was an innocent mistake by Rutgers freshman Dharun Ravi, sparked by curiosity, not maliciousness, Ravi's attorney argued today in the closing summations of the Rutgers trial.

Ravi, 20, is on trial for allegedly invading Clementi's privacy after he activated a webcam and saw Clementi having a gay sexual encounter in their shared Rutgers dorm room on Sept. 19, 2010.

Ravi is accused of telling others about the webcam spying, and encouraging them to also watch during a subsequent Clementi date on Sept. 21.

In addition, Ravi is charged with bias intimidation, witness tampering and hindering arrest.

"Why we're here is because on Sept. 19, and Sept. 21, 2010, an 18-year-old boy, a kid, a college freshman, had an experience, had an encounter that he wasn't ready for," Ravi's lawyer Steven Altman told the jury.

He told the jury they would have to decide whether Ravi's reaction was because "he was hateful and he was biased, and ugly and anti-gay and he hated his roommate," or whether he was "stupid, he's ignorant, maybe immature and a typical 18-year-old kid. Or is his reaction criminal."

"If his goal was to see anything sexual, you know you would have been hearing testimony in the last three weeks from somebody (about it)," Altman told the jury. "But the webcam was on a very short time, two to five seconds, and that tells you why they went on on Sept. 19. It was curiosity, to see what's going on, to find out what was that guy doing there."

On Wednesday, Judge Glenn Berman is scheduled to give the jury instructions and let them begin deliberations. That schedule is now uncertain because of Altman's illness.

Ravi could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted of the most serious charges.

It looks like a certain conviction with prison time for Ravi. Very foolish of him to reject the plea bargain, especially given the clear evidence of witness tampering and evidence tampering. The privacy invasion charge alone will land him in prison, but the obstruction of justice charges are even more serious.

He'll probably get a suspended sentence or parole to placate the rabid homosexualists baying at the door.

The real criminals are Clementi's parents for letting him experiment with homosexuality and then suffer the intense feelings of guilt.

Hopefully other kids will learn from his tragic story

I'll agree that the homophobia Clementi's parents expressed when he came out to them was a huge factor. They deeply regret that ignorant reaction now, and have even started a foundation to help other parents avoid making the same tragic mistake they did.

Sad that their son was conned by adults telling him that it's normal to be homosexual.

He found out the hard way that it isn't

No doubt the homosexualists will pounce on his death like baying hyenas and try to twist this tragedy into a publicity coup
