If you believe in a rape culture in the United States then you believe that 1 in 5 Women are raped. If you believe in Rape Culture in the United States as prescribed by third wave feminists then you believe that the definition of rape has been radically changed to include things that do not even involve penetration. For instance "pressuring a girl for a kiss after a date" is considered rape or sexual assault according to third wave femists. There is also stare rape. Yes, as described, the mere act of staring at a female is a form of sexual assault. This non sense has led to a belief that all boys must be taught not to rape. If that is the case then one must assume that the majority of men are rapists. To throw around this term rape culture is an affront to everyone within the western world. It is insulting and derogatory. But, unlike a liberal I do not believe in banning free speech. Instead I choose to stand up to things that is wrong and repudiate it. Further more across college campus the mere accusation of rape is reason enough to destroy a young mans life. You are not entitled to any legal defense nor are you required to be informed of any accusation. Source links included below.

That is a insult to the massive majority of men in the Western World. Take that message to the Congo and Muslim nations. Although in high Muslim population areas within the western world it is probably applicable. But that is a whole other area involving the regressive left.

After data collection, the investigative team meets with remaining members of the Sexual Misconduct Response Team to 1) review available data 2) to reach a conclusion:Substantiated, Unsubstantiated or Inconclusive using a preponderance of evidence standard, meaning that the misconduct/violence is “more likely than not” to have occurred. This standard is different than that used in criminal cases (“beyond a reasonable doubt”).

When Claudia and Timothy first met, their relationship was tumultuous. At first, Timothy didn’t want to have sex with Claudia because he felt like too many people would find out. She kept trying to convince him. She implied that if Timothy did not sleep with her, she would break up with him. Timothy finally gave in and had sex with Claudia. Several months later after speaking with some friends, he realized he had been coerced.

Note the switching of Timmy the male as the victim. When in reality there was no victim. This is part of the "Rape Culture" were supposed to believe.

Finally, the one in five rape victim outright lie.

The only way to tell is have someone put their arms out straight. A mans arm will be straight. A female will hyper extend at the elbow. Adams apple is no go for trying to figure it out. Of course the penis tucked in the panties would be a give away. If they have had the complete surgery then the arm is the only way to really tell. I was at a bar in Singapore and a tranny was trying to get some business. The CM said he would buy her a drink if she would show us her newly minted lady parts. Honestly I could have done that good of a job with my shotgun. I felt sorry for her

There definitely a culture of blaming women for the actions of men (i.e. Eve's fault for Adam biting the apple) that has been woven into the general culture for a very very long time. It has allowed, over the course of time, for victim blaming (she shouldn't have been there/dressed that way/should have known better/etc.) Women are still viewed with suspicion when sexually assaulted.

Even though it is now politically incorrect to think this way, it is obvious to that this is NOT gone from the cultural psyche.

I'm taking a guess that this is what she was referring to.

I think God caught more blame than Eve.
And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”

The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”
