Bush was not dancing. Bush was swaying to the Battle Hymn of the Republic. Bush's swaying is not uncharacteristic for the Battle Hymn of the Republic.
This is the south, and funerals and memorials are not necessarily all solemn. Swaying, raising hands, and impromptu emotional bursts are not uncommon.
What is not uncommon as well is bountiful run-of-the-mill binary politically biased opinions.
Here is an example of the hyprocacy of Bush's swaying by the necient left-wing drones.
One year ago, Dylann Roof killed nine people at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina. Obama gave the eulogy for Reverend Pickney. During the eulogy, Obama bursts out singing Amazing Grace. There is cheering, clapping, laughing, hand raising, swaying, and a very charismatic event. I do not recall any liberals making post of this event criticizing Obama: https://youtu.be/S58k3ZXRJJc
