My civil rights were violated. What next?

In a nut shell the Kent, Washington PD and prosecutors office violated my civil rights. What next?

On Dec 12 2015 the Kent PD was dispatched to a local retail store for a report of theft. Officer Riener was in the Loss Prevention office with security watching a person who was "attempting" to commit retail fraud by taking old receipts found in the parking lot ect and going into store to find the items then try to return them for cash or store credit. According to the report Riener said the suspect ditched the shopping cart and left the store at which time he attempted to apprehend the suspect. Riener states he couldn't locate the guy and the loss prevention officer said he watched him get in to a green Honda and leave. They had the plates on camera and ran it thru the DOL and it came back to my ex gf. They also learned that we have a no contact order so the cop runs my name to get my DOL profile. Riener than states that my DOL picture is FORSURE the guy he say on camera. Only problem is I was never in this store and never have been ever. Based solely on the officer comparing my license picture to the picture of the guy in the security footage, he writes up a report and sites me for driving while license suspended because he also saw that I had a suspended license. My research indicates that for an officer to lawfully have probable cause he must use specific facts rather than the police officers own hunch or suspicion. Upon further research this could possibly be malicious prosecution which is a violation of the fourth amendment and it could also be false arrest which is a fourth amendment violation the only thing is I was never actually arrested but since he cited me solely because I look similar to the guy in the footage and it warrant was issued for my arrest I found out about this warrant today when I got pulled over for speeding the stater said by the way you have a non-extraditable warrant out of cat I would look into that so I did and found all this out I didn't call the prosecutors office and started to flex my rights and bring up sober right lawsuits etc. I was put on hold by the receptionist 10 minutes later the senior prosecuting attorney got on the line sounded very scared that I knew my rights and I sounded educated and said I am filing a motion to dismiss without prejudice or with prejudice the one where they can't refile the same charge on me I was a little funny and suspicious that they didn't want to play ball until I threatened lawsuits and flex my rights, if you have anymore questions or details feel free to ask
Thanks from McCoy

Based on your story, you have bigger self-inflicted problems than a police mistaken identity issue.

Not at all lol civil right violations are a serious thing. Based on your picture of Trump you must not be very bright to believe a made up story that's been proven false over and over
