If they're correct, then it is correct for me to blame capitalism for poverty and inequality.

Poverty and inequality (whatever that is) existed long before western capitalism. Infact it was much worse. They were communist governments and they killed millions of people. A better parallel would be to compare them to nazis, not the new everyone is a nazi, nazis but the ones from WWII.

Capitalist governments have killed millions of people as well.

The question you all need to answer is why are deaths attributed to communism unique to communism, but deaths under capitalism are attributed to human nature?

It doesn't make any sense.

People die of "starvation and famine" in capitalist countries as well. It's a little something called the human condition.
Thats all well and good, but again no one is fleeing capitalism. All the countries you indicate had civil war caused by Communist uprisings or dictatorship type governments. Capitalism is free and open trade. Where business is privately operated for profit without the government. How can you have free and open capitalism with a dictator? You cant

I get what you are saying but look at the deaths of citizens of Cambodia or Soviet Russia now look at the deaths of the citizens of the capitalist regimes. Both exploited others, that is the state. The death of their own citizens, that is communism.

Nope. It's capitalism. The state is just there to enforce whatever system is already in place.

Slavery, war, etc. are all based on the ownership of capital. Inequality is a direct result of capitalist exploitation.

Using the same logic you're using: Deaths in Cambodia were based on genocide and government repression; Pol Pot had never even read Marx and only claimed Marxism so he can be cool. Deaths in the Soviet Union were the result of war, famine, and government repression.

Your inability to think critically about anything isn't my problem. I'm not obligated to engage with it.

Pot studdied in France whos intellectuals at the time were known Marxists and also when he was in Paris became involved in the communist party. To say someone who was there on scholarship and involved in communism would not had read Marx is silly. Where did you hear this?

Lenin straight up said he was a Marxist.

All kinds of people - Mexicans, Hondurans, El Salvadorans, Central American natives, Iraqis, Guatemalans, Liberians, Nigerians, and lots of others - flee their capitalist nations.
