Personally, I am 6'2"-6'3" 230lb guy with low bf%, have worked as a security guard for several years, and have been 'vegan' for 4+ years. Initially, when I switched I was somewhat concerned about the potential claimed nutritional deficits which could lead to decline in cognitive, athletic, ect. performance, loss of muscle mass, ect. However, I quickly realized there was no functional difference (that I can determine, at least). I still am able to make progress both intellectually, and athletically, without hindrance from diet. People who know me in real life are always very surprised if/when they find out that I am 'vegan', as it significantly breaks the stereotype they have in their mind of 'vegans' (and what is 'physically possible' on such a diet)

Perhaps, this all a topic for a separate Thread another time, though.

Were you raised on it? Especially during crucial developmental stages?

I don't know if it's true but its fun nonetheless.

"Soy Boy" and "cuck" are part of the vocabulary used by tolerant right-wingers, like Sab.

Get a clue Clara.
Wow. Magical.

However did you accomplish such a task?

the phytoestrogens don't turn men into soyboys, it's the fact that the soy is bioengineered to come alive once inside you; the soy is sentient. Wake up sheeple.

Are ALL these RW boys fucking retarded?
HW, scientific research exists showing that soybeans contain estrogen-like compounds called isoflavones. However, no studies have shown that isoflavones have any feminizing effect on males.

And yeah, this isnt just about dating, but making sure that you are with a like minded person. many of us feminists are very active in these and other issues, and we dont need to waste time with partners who take from that energy.
IF I were a young man why on earth would I put up with such an interrogation on a FIRST date?

So far as I can see the first date is only exists to find out if there is enough mutual interest in a SECOND date.

No, I was raised on a 'normal' diet (i.e. meat, eggs, milk, whatever else, ect. ect.), this has been about the last 4 years. I am not necessarily opposed to the idea that it may (or may not) have an effect in the developmental periods you discuss, as well as even at my age now. All I can really state (as, clearly, I am not a Biochemist/Nutritionist/[insert relevant profession/education]) is that if there is an effect at my age now, it is so negligible as to be effectively not relevant (from what I can tell, at least).

Then, in my view, it is not the generalized 'soy' which is the problem, but a social culture that is breeding more & more Justin Trudeau types.
Thanks from Sabcat

I have been vegetarian on and off for years, but the longest i ever went was like 2 years in a row. i cant do vegan just because there is no way i am giving up cheese lol. Anyway, good for you!

As for your comments about social culture breeding guys like Justin Trudeau, piss off
