Martin Timothy, at his website www.dockersunion.com, purports to be the secretary of the Federated Ship Painters and Dockers Union in Australia. The only problem was the union was deregistered in 1993 and all of its members were transferred to the Maritime Union of Australia.

In August, 2009, he postedon a website "I'm gonna be the only Australian Trade Union voice to register criticism." The union is long gone - you are not a "trade union voice."

Section 298 Consequences of Cancellation of Registration

(a) The organization ceases to be an organization and a body corporate under this act, but does not because of the cancellation cease to be an association...
