Jesus did not tell the adulteress to go and do it again if it feels good, He told her to go and sin no more. The same is said to a man healed at the Poll of Bethesda:

“See, you are well again. Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you.” John 5:14.

Love the sinner, hate the sin.

Let's be clear. Jesus never said 'love the sinner, hate the sin', nor does the sentiment behind it reflect the kinds of things He said and personally I believe Jesus was observing that most find it hard to hate another's sin without harming the sinner.
There are all kinds of sin and not all sins are created equal. We all sin. Noe of us lives a perfect life. We think, say and do things we should not and we fail to think, say and do things we should. There are the seven deadly sins: lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride. The greatest of these (IMHO) is pride. There are the 10 Commandments too.
Though Jesus certainly loved sinners, he never actually said "Love the sinner." What he did say is "Love your neighbor." And who is our neighbor??
EVERYONE. Everyone we meet. Everyone who needs our love.
And what about hating the sin? That's where the real problem lies. Jesus spent time with drunks, prostitutes, thieves, adulterers, traitors and cheats...like the tax collectors. When Jesus talked to the sinful people he doesn't talk so much about their sin, but about God's forgiveness.
Somebody recently sent me a cartoon. St. Peter is standing at the pearly gates. A person who has just died stands in front of Peter, hoping for admission. St. Peter says, "Well, yes. You were a believer, but you were also a real JERK."
The secret to Christianity is to follow Christ's path without being a JERK.
