Putin Lays Down the Gauntlet to Obama Over Hacking Claims: ‘Show Proof or Shut Up’
Say what? Piss on you Putin. We're not threatening nuclear war, nor was Obama reminding you that the US is the only country on earth that can reduce Russia to radioactive dust ... as your mouthpiece did not too long ago on Russia One, the premier state-owned news channel that everybody watches, and that's not an exaggeration that everyone watches it.

That's what has me going. The bastard almost certainly OK'ed the hacking from hack shops in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and he knew conclusively linking him to the hackings would be next to impossible. But that's not good enough for Putin.

Nooooooo, he's doubling down. He's got to do some rubbing in. "Show proof or shut up," says Shorty.

Pardon me, but piss on you Mr. Putin. And a lot of his character can be understood by the fact that he's a short guy, 5'7". Medvedev is even shorter, 5'4". Probably why they're such good buds.
Your hatred for Putin is evident all over this post and it clouds rational thought somewhat. But even your not sure or you wouldn't say "almost certainly". Maybe Hillary needs to sue Putin.

Well let's keep that going assuming the hackers are pretty sophisticated.

Volodomyr: I've got a great idea.

Dimitri: What? Tell me. Would you like some more vodka (as he pours himself one)?

Volodomyr: Thanks comrade, I would. Look, let's name our hacking computer "Dzerzhinski," you know, after the grandfather of the KGB.

Dimitri: Why would we do that?

Volodomyr: Well because the Amercanskis will say, no way a Russian hacker would do that!!!!

Dimitri: Brilliant!!! Let's have a toast to that, and another one to you!!!
Thanks from Sabcat

We also don't have a leg to stand on as our intelligence agencies have been meddling in other countries affairs for our benefit for a long ass time, think Middle East.

Please point our where I've misrepresented something about Putin.

I think hatred is too strong. I admired him on my first trip to Ukraine. Fires were burning all over Russia and he was right there on the front lines. He's got a good since of humor, and unlike many Russian head honchos, he's not a drunk. He's in good shape.

So, for about two years, I thought highly of him. People here on DTT might remember my lauding him. And then the secret plan between him and his stooge Yanukovych was revealed: "Never mind that I campaigned on Ukraine joining the EU," said Yanukovych. The Maidan Revolution. The seizure of Crimea. The support for the Donbass "rebels."

I spent almost five months in Ukraine. It's my wife's adopted country, and it became mine. Ukrainian people were reaching higher than Russians. They were enjoying their new civil liberties, evidently more than Russians.

Hatred is too strong. I highly suspect anything Putin says. I'm highly suspicious of his stated motives.

This is true but we shouldn't just hang our heads in shame, and say, well, whatever shenanigans any other nation might want to pull on us, we've just got to be silent and let them do what the want to do to us because we deserve their abuse.

I doubt you feel that way if you think about it for a moment.

If we weren't still doing it now maybe that would be true. I'm not hanging my head in shame, I believe in most of the ideals of this country but the underhanded and sneaky tactics of so called intelligence agencies (that superpowers) use to spread their ideals is repulsive. The CIC knows we do the same shit and is consciously aware of it but is still arrogant enough to talk shit in front of the whole world. The word hypocrisy comes to mind.

Everything that people have on the internet, email accounts and such are often hacked. Frankly I could give two shits about whether the DNC or the RNC was hacked. Anything on those emails damn we better not be state secrets or really of any great importance. The petty crap learned about the DNC giving questions in advance to Hillary, or John Podesta's various bits of nattiness, is not my concern. What does concern me is Hillary conducting government communications on a rogue server. Knowing foreign entities and governments are constantly trying to hack things points out how reckless Hillary's actions were.
Thanks from Jimgorn
