Think about this....

Strip away all the "magic" from the apocalyptic biblical prophesies. Look at the angels and devils described therein as "interdimensional" living beings, part of a Greater Community" of which we're only dimly aware.

Jesus Christ and the light angels are members of one side while Lucifer/Satan and the dark angels are members of another. In this scenario, "aliens" are most likely beings of the latter group.

All eyes of the Greater Community, and I have no idea how extensive or inclusive the community is, are on the Earth. Why? As the Bible describes, a grand experiment is ongoing here, essentially, as to whether we mortal flesh and blood beings can rule themselves while disregarding the two commandments.

Iow, is love your neighbor as you love yourself the prime directive, or is survival of the fittest the way forward?

Continuing, "aliens" have made contact with several powerful human governments. Full disclosure and contact are upcoming on our agenda, with UFOs landing, benevolent "aliens" with "miraculous" technologies, the whole nine yards, all staged. And....

The aliens have a warning, about some evil beings who on their way to earth, beings whose mission is to enslave humans. The aliens promise to help humans resist. However, the story is a lie. The soon-to-arrive beings are under Christ's command. The "6,000-year old" experiment, the debate is over. Love your neighbor as you love yourself is the prime directive, is the way forward.

Think of the prophecies. The angry nations. The last great battle. War in the heavens. The governments of earth unite, on the advice of the "aliens," to resist the "evil" beings who are arriving shortly.

I'm not striving for biblical inerrancy here, to be clear.

Idol are meant as objects of worship. Hence the Biblical admonition to not worship idols or any graven images despite the Catholic bent towards just that.
