Possibly. Also possible that Nixon would be considered a fucking Communist today.for implementing wage and price controls like he did back in the early 70's. *shrug*

The Deep South is in south Georgia and where I saw my first wild Black Panther. It could have been a skinny black bear but I think it was a wild Black Panther cat. Sabcat is the cat expert on this board and I need to hear his comments on what that animal was.

Naw, JFK would never have been considered right wing for a whole host of reasons. Just calling Martin Luther Kingís wife Coretta to offer condolences while King was jailed in Birmingham would have been enough of a scarlet letter as anything a Clinton has ever done. Sabcat conveniently ignores the Rightís propensity for unhinged hatred. Ironically, yes, Eisenhower would be considered Left by the wingnuts but for that very unhinged hatred I just alluded to. Donít be fooled. There is NO moral equivalent with respect to the behavior of the two parties.

You opened the door on JFK. JFK made the USSR take the nuclear missiles out of Cuba and on my birthday in 62 when I turned 10 years old. JFK was catholic and I never had a problem with a catholic but that is why many hated him. The 50c US coin has the bust of JFK on the obverse but Jackie did not like it who ordered it made High Relief to show his hair.

If you would have told me about a "Deep State" or shadow Government 10 years ago, I would have said "Get out of here with that conspiracy crap".. But, watching the events of the last couple of years.... I believe that there is a Shadow Government at work here.....

Open minds would ask...1) Who are they...2) Is there a serious threat to our Representative Democracy... 3) when did it start.... 4) how will it end....

As for #1 Who are they??.... Not all, but a small cadre of un-elected career bureaucrats who survive from one administration to another.....the top echelon of the EPA...NSA.. CIA...FBI and home-land Security... a cadre of career government lawyers...a few CEO's of our top Corporations and members of the establishment of both parties...

Forget the bi-polar political paradigm.... It is not Democrat v Republican..... It is a cabal of career politicians of both sides who believe they were ordained to be the decision makers for the rest of us ignorant untermunchen.

Now are there any intelligent answers to the rest of the questions??

Ike would be considered a "leftie:" today if only for his support of Labor Unions and his warnings about the MIC.

So you are utterly confident that our Representative Democracy is 100% free of some un-elected corrupting influence??.. I'm not....
