Are you going to lead the movement to amend the Constitution?
That is quite the leap there.

Yes, i am fine w/ china ripping off whatever. I would prefer if they didn't make counterfeits but it is what it is. I think say an iphone that comes from apple should be the only ones w/ an apple logo. But if chin-chows phone shoppe got the specks and they can produce the phone i could care less.

Fuck the drug companies. They, more than anyone else in the world take advantage of these laws than anyone else in the world. Why on earth would anyone cure cancer when there are billions upon billions of dollars in "treating it"

Artistic intellectual property? Who benefits from this? The artist? The consumers of the art? What is considered "art" these days anyways?

Why would i wish to amend the constitution. I wish to abolish the federal government.

I am not against communism in its true form. I am against the state compelling people to participate in it. Very, very big differance.

Nice try though.

That bird doesn't fly very far when we consider that it has been the capitalists doing what they do best: maximizing profits by any means necessary, who have expanded patent and copyright protection through their lobbying (buying) government influence. If patents and copyrights ended, the US would see a capital flight that would leave nothing behind.

Possibly. Just as if we just stopped using their federal notes we could make the money horders piles of cash basically worthless.

Pasta is just eggs, water and flour. You may be able to read a recipe and even watch my technique but i have been making pasta by hand for 20 years. The odds are my pasta is far superior to yours. I do not need the government to protect my pasta. I just need to put it into peoples mouths.

Metallica is coming to town. Now they are not my cup of tea, but there is no way i woukd give them dollar one after what their drummer did to napster. Douchebag.
You know what a Coca-Cola is?
It is any damn thing the owner of the Coca-Cola patent/copyright SAYS it is.
Same goes for your pasta. Unless you have legal protections such as copyrights/patents, etc.

Living in China, there is an increase in electric vehicles and better yet, public busses ran by electricity and it really makes a difference when it comes from pollution, from the rest of their fleet which runs from Diesel fuel. There are parking spaces in my apartment dedicated to electrical cars and outlets.

Coca-Cola is not protected by patent, it is protected by TRADE SECRET and unlike a patent, the protection lasts for as long as the product is commercially viable. Coca-Cola is not available in any country that requires full disclosure of the recipe to the government.

In 2006, a Coca-Cola employee offered to steal the recipe for Pepsi in for millions of dollars. Accepting that recipe from a third party would have been a serious violation of the law with or without the exchange of money or goods. Pepsi informed Coca-Cola and the would be thief got sentenced to eight years in prison.

To date, no one has yet to duplicate the Coca-Cola recipe, but Coca-Cola has cracked Pepsi's recipe. If anyone does it with out stealing or receiving it from a third party, it would be legal.

Why not just take a sample of Coca Cola to a chemist to find out what it is made with? The thief was really stupid, because the "recipe" for Coca Cola is well known by everyone in the soda business. There are lots of different colas. Pepsi, Faygo, store brands. The shit is basically water, syrup and sugar. Duh.

Can't watch youtube at work so I can't see the OP's post. Assuming a rant about alternative energies?

Anyway, my apology if that is not the case. I bought 4kW in solar panels and had them installed on my house in 2012 thanks largely to the 30% Federal Refund that Obama pushed through. Plus several others where I work did the same (including a few hard rightwingers).

It's a shame Trump is trying to destroy the Solar industry to prop up the aging, obsolete, and filthy coal energy industry. He should be pushing more reasons to buy solar. Instead conjecture is that to help pay for the GOP's totally unnecessary upper class/ corporate tax cuts that the government will be forced to end the program.

As for ME, my favorite thing about solar power: I haven't had to pay a single electricity bill in over 5 years. I get checks from the electric company at good rates. Well, at least until the GOP ruins everything.
