Really? How pray tell would he have been in prison? For what? Maybe you aren't aware of this but the victims never came forward. Since we aren't living in George Orwell's 1984 we really have no way to determine who has committed a crime and who hasn't without someone bringing it the authorities attention.

Please expound on your statement. Explain how his being Speaker of the House had anything to do with any of this. The crimes were committed decades ago. The only reason anyone even found out was because of whom he was and that there was structuring going on with his withdrawals.

The "boys" failed to report the situation when it happened. At least one of them got $1.7 million out of him.
