Regarding new footage cop's attacking woman @ NJ beach

I suppose people think that this new bodycam footage makes it ok for the police to brutalize that woman:

Actually, the state is still the bad guy in this whole situation; does anyone know why?
Thanks from Sabcat

Why wouldn't the state be the "bad guy" because she was apparently a mouthy, selfentitled little B?

Because it is not against the law to be "mouthy self entitled little B'. No one has beaten and arrested you for being one. *shrug*

Nope; that's not why the state is still the bad guy. I'll give you a hint: where's the victim?
Thanks from Sabcat

I thought it was because the young lady passed the breathalyzer

There was people over 21 present

She had no legal obligation what so ever to give them her name when asked.

In my opinion she was assaulted. I hope a jury agrees.

Wrong. There is a reason my dash-cam can look out both side windows and instantly uploads to the cloud thru my phone.
