No Surprises From Nappy

The former head of the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, managed to overlook the Air Force deserter with top-security clearance on her staff who has been a "most-wanted" fugitive for 35 years.

Lets take a trip down memory lane.

Does any Democrat bureaucrat ever tell Congress the truth about anything? Answer: They can refuse to testify. They can say ‘No Comment’ to dangerous questions, or they can lie. They always choose to lie.

Haney brought the information to the attention of the House Committee on Homeland Security, and later that week, Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., confronted then-DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano with it.

Citing the DHS slogan “If you see something, say something,” Duncan asked why someone who not only was at the scene of the bombing, but also described by authorities as a person of interest in the case, was about to be deported.

An indignant Napolitano refused to answer, ridiculing Duncan for asking a question she said was “so full of misstatements and misapprehensions that it’s just not worthy of an answer.”

DHS officer: Janet Napolitano deceived Congress about Boston bombing
It is fair to say that Napolitano was feeding terrorists as far back as 2012:

"Your failure to respond to our oversight request is deeply troubling, and suggests that your Department is attempting to conceal information from the American people," Sens. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) and Pat Roberts (R-Kan.) wrote to Napolitano on Wednesday.

The four senators wrote to Napolitano in August to ask a series of questions about whether DHS is properly assessing whether immigrants are likely to require government assistance. Under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), officials are supposed to deny U.S. entry to immigrants who are likely to need federal aid.

They wrote their August letter after reports that the U.S. Department of Agriculture was encouraging Mexican citizens to emigrate to the U.S. and enroll in the federal food stamp program.

"We were thus shocked to discover that both the State Department and DHS exclude reliance on almost all governmental welfare programs when evaluating whether an alien is likely to become a public charge," they wrote in August.

Let us now move to a more serious charge on Napolitano’s rap sheet.

The FedBizOpps.gov website reports that the TSA is seeking to purchase nearly 3.5 million rounds of .347 SIG caliber training ammunition. Weapons experts told WND the .347 is an unknown caliber, and the document likely contained a mistake, instead intending to reference a .357 caliber.

But then-Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano admitted that the federal government was drying up ammunition supplies.

She was asked by a House panel about the huge government purchases, estimated to be in the range of 1.6 billion rounds, enough for many years of war at the rate ammunition is used by the U.S. military.

Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., wanted to know whether the reports were accurate.

“This was a five-year strategic sourcing contract for up to one-point-whatever billion rounds,” she confirmed.

Calculations done by the Washington Examiner suggest the reported 1.6 billion rounds would be enough for “something like a 24-year supply of ammunition on hand.”

Other consumers of ammunition, however, from the weekend hunter to police departments, are finding the shelves bare.

The Chicago sewer rat gave Napolitano the job; so lets take a look at him in relation to her:

Obama giving immunity to illegal aliens made law as well as nullifying existing law. Not enforcing immigration laws was an open-borders policy. Naturally, Congress stuck their heads up their collective ass, made a little noise, and did nothing to stop their spiritual leader turned legislator. Note that the border is still wide open despite all of the talk about walls.

Parenthetically, Latinos thought the Sewer rat mowing down laws was just wonderful —— for Latinos. I can only suggest that before parasites get too comfortable with no-laws they should listen to what a man for all seasons has to say on the subject:

Lets return to Napolitano

The guy who gave Napolitano the job she abused was a parasite all of his life. He was the first president born into the parasite class. His entire life was lived in the company of parasites; he is the model for every parasite lusting after a government job. His entire Administration represented the parasite class. So why did he choose Napolitano? The answer is obvious.

Janet Napolitano is a lawyer who has been in government much of her adult life. Her father was in higher education; so she easily qualifies as a second generation parasite. I do not know who paid for her higher education, but common sense tells me it was taxpayers.

NOTE: After betraying the country when she was running the DHS she moved into a parasite’s dream job —— President of the University of California.

THE CHILDREN

“Young people who were brought to the United States through no fault of their own as children, who meet several key criteria, will no longer be removed from the country or entered into removal proceedings,” Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said in a conference call with reporters on Friday morning.

Like everything the Democrats do, they did it for the children.
Is Obama making himself ‘legal’ in removing 800,000 illegal immigrants from deportation?

Amnesty for the “children” should be called “Incremental Amnesty.” Granting amnesty to the “children” opens the door to full amnesty for every illegal alien. Never forget that Democrats undermine the country incrementally. Amnesty for the “children” is no different.

When a character like Janet Napolitano talked about the contributions immigrants made to our country she included ILLEGAL ALIENS without defining those contributions.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration will stop deporting and begin granting work permits to younger illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and have since led law-abiding lives.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was to announce the new policy Friday, one week before President Barack Obama plans to address the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials' annual conference in Orlando, Fla. Republican presidential challenger Mitt Romney is scheduled to speak to the group on Thursday.

Under the administration plan, illegal immigrants will be immune from deportation if they were brought to the United States before they turned 16 and are younger than 30, have been in the country for at least five continuous years, have no criminal history, graduated from a U.S. high school or earned a GED, or served in the military. They also can apply for a work permit that will be good for two years with no limits on how many times it can be renewed.

What would talk about Democrats be without a little perversion?

This week, the names of two of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano's gal pals surfaced in a mortifying, Animal House-style scandal. If the allegations of whistleblowers pan out, DHS may soon be known as DSH: The Department of Sexual Harassment.

I used to think it is illogical to assume there were no morally corrupt females in Congress simply because none were ever outed. I have since learned better. Any institution that assumes moral superiority by force naturally attracts the most morally depraved individuals.

Secretary Janet Napolitano was not a member of Congress, but she and her gal pals represented the first female sex scandal in history that I am aware of. A scandal that exposed depraved females in the upper echelons of government. Now that the dam broke it will not be long before the ladies in Congress get the equal treatment they claim they want.

The most troubling aspect of depraved ladies in high places is that they are usually Hillary Clinton feminists who would send American men to die fighting in foreign lands for human Rights. In fact: A female degenerate’s Right to govern includes the authority to send soldiers to die for the United Nation’ agenda. That is the governing Right they are after.

Parenthetically, creating the Department of Homeland Security ranks as one of the worst mistake Congress ever made.

Finally, I hope to hell Nappy did not pocket the dough the first time she got caught:

Patrick McGreevy of the Los Angeles Times reports:

The administration of the University of California system pays top workers salaries and benefits significantly higher than that of similar state employees, and failed to disclose to the Board of Regents and the public that it had $175 million in budget reserve funds while it was seeking to raise tuition, a state audit found Tuesday.

The UC will be ahead of the game if they hire Willie Sutton to do the audits for as long as Napolitano is there.

Barking up the wrong decision tree

Did Napolitano hire O'Beirne/Hughes? The URL says she didn't, one of Napolitano's predecessors must have hired him, years before Napolitano joined UC.

Unless Napolitano was directly charged with background checks @ the UC - unlikely, she was hired as president of the system - & those checks are typically done in personnel, if not subcontracted out. The people to fault are whoever ran the background check system when O'Beirne/Hughes hired on with UC, personnel, & whoever was supposed to do due diligence in contacting previous employers, references, education & training histories, & so on.

Standard inquiries should have triggered a response from the Air Force's intelligence agency, & possibly DIA - as the AF had by no means given up on finding & apprehending O'Beirne/Hughes.

If Napolitano is sharp, she'll now require thorough background checks of all UC personnel in sensitive positions, & work her way down to current hires. Clearly, whoever was in charge when O'Beirne/Hughes hired on was delinquent - maybe a case for fraud, if the statute of limitations hasn't run out. The first step is to secure all the UC personnel records, & lock out the current personnel department until they themselves are cleared. For the high-priority cases, I'm sure Napolitano knows some reliable agencies from her time @ Homeland Security.

To hoosier88: Her track record is rife with corruption irrespective of who hired him. Had she been a Republican media libs would be screaming ‘What did Napolitano know and when did she know it?’

& so from your POV, her sin is that she's corrupt? Or that she's not a Republican? The trope you cite was first applied to Nixon @ during the Watergate scandal, as I recall. @ that time, it was a legitimate question, as all the threads in the unraveling of Watergate led back to the Oval Office.

In this case, she didn't hire O'Beirne/Hughes, & so there's no real connection between his hiring & her tenure @ UC years later. If you want to go on a vendetta against her, by all means. But you'll have to pick some charge with a chance of sticking. Accusing her by proximity of failing to spot an AWOL Air Force officer who'd slipped the leash for 35 years? That's a non-starter.
