And guess what, fx doesn't understand what I post and zeroes in on things that don't matter and then gets into semantics and other bullshit when he is wrong or bored and fucking around. Do you ever cite a fucking fact in any post (other than trying to find BP guilty now for what they did in 2005)?

When you write something stupid, you don't retract, you claim its "semantics."

When you post babbling nonsense, it's "FX doesn't understand."

You have been ranting here over a big pile of nothing. I hope you have been amused.

BP's voluntary payments shouldn't be the end either, if they are criminally accountable. So what?

A hearing before the Senate subcommittee is not the start of an investigation by the DOJ. Two different functions. It is not a criminal investigation arm.

So are you stupid, or are these just random unconnected sentences? I suspect the latter. First sentence deals with the hearing. Then, as usual, you ramble completely off topic talking about a DOJ criminal investigation. Then, you ramble to government contracts. Stay on point, and maybe you won't have to whine about FX and I.

I'm usually in more agreement with you and less with FX, but you post these stupid do gooder Dr. Feelgood expressions that are pure bullshit. No person with any fucking political sense, which counts you out, would think that Sen. Murray had any legitimate, non-politically charged reason for requesting BP's presence at her hearing. So, you can go on blindly believing that only Republicans play politics, and you can continue to be a joke.

And your still lying.I acknowledge all of it. Why the fuck would the Senator have a hearing on workplace safety in the oil and gas industry, she is the chair of the subcommittee on that shit. There doesn't need to be any political grandstanding about BP, it is apparent that they are responsible and liable for the spill. And you can show yourself for the joke that you are in any way fair in your political assessments, you are clearly very anti-liberal in your positions, not moderate.

There are real do gooders in the world, and I would rather be one of them than a person like you, who has described themselves as mean just because they can be. But I really don't give a rat's ass what you think, it is apparent that you're crazy.

Jesus fuckin christ. I know that it isn't. The DOJ has already started it's investigation. Fuck. I'm done with you and your stupid bullshit. Are you drunk? WTF? Stop telling me what the fuck to do. If you don't like my posts then don't answer them or respond to them. Go fuck yourself.

Yeah, I do cite facts. Some people just choose to ignore them and focus on bullshit.

Calm down. You didn't even address the issue: were you slapping unrelated concepts together in that paragraph or do you think the DOJ investigation bears some relationship to the Senate hearing?

Like many kneejerk libs, WT wants judges who legislate, and legislators who judge.

Actually, the fact of the matter is, judges do have the ability-and right, I would argue-to, in effect, "legislate" via their rulings since case law stands as de facto law at the federal level and within most states, particularly since not every individual situation that may invoke alleged constitutional violations could practically be captured in written statutes and since the federal constitution and state constitutions allow for rights that may not be enumerated within said constitutions.
