President Obama's 2012 budget has drawn criticism from both political parties. Many Republicans argue it doesn't cut enough, while some Democrats say the cuts disproportionally hurt the poor. Sen. Kent Conrad (D-ND), head of the Senate Budget Committee, shares his thoughts on the president's plan.
