Interesting story, the EPAs top Climate Change expert turns out to be one of the biggest liars in the Obama Administration.

He was the top paid official at the EPA, you get extra big bonuses tell ridiculous lies in the Obama Administration. Of he would never lie about global warming for personal economic gain..........

Climate change expert's fraud was 'crime of massive proportion,' say feds - Investigations

"heading up EPA delegations to United Nations conferences on climate change in 2000 and 2001, and helping to negotiate agreements to reduce carbon emissions with China, India and other nations."

An eye for an eye

Sure, throw the book @ him. In fact - if he can't cough up the $900K, he should be broken up for parts. We have lots of vets & spooks who actually served & lost arms, legs, eyes, ears, hands, feet, skin. Mr. Beale's stuff is expensively intact, we should strip him of all usable bits, with preference going to the people who actually served. Sauce for the goose, says I.

& did he testify or otherwise work on global climate change? I see the headline, but it's not clear how much work he actually did - & he must have been exhausted, poor baby, what with traveling, dining, "rescuing" his fellow agents @ CIA, limos, penthouses.

Using the same logic that this guy means all EPA climate data is bullshit means that everything all Democrats have ever said is bullshit -

What would be scary is if it happened.

Jeez, you'd think he'd be getting a promotion for scamming the taxpayers out of major bucks.

That normally is the qualification required to move up in government positions.

Didn't see this thread up and started another on the topic. As I said therein, fraud and the AGW crowd go hand-in-glove.

Subject's name is "BEALE," with an "e," at the end . . .

Deniers and the Koch Bros. go hand on wiener.

I guess a link would be too much to ask for, given derps would rather daisy-chain and deflect against climate change issues, in the ensuing pile-up.

OK, I'll run a search:

Climate change expert's fraud was 'crime of massive proportion,' say feds - Investigations

Quote:
Climate change expert's fraud was 'crime of massive proportion,' say feds

It took Patrick Sullivan, assistant inspector general for investigations at the E.P.A., just one week to uncover a million dollar fraud overlooked by the government agency for over a decade. John Beale, at one point the E.P.A's highest paid employee, convinced the E.P.A he was working overseas as an agent for the CIA when he was actually "riding his bicycle, reading books and working around his house" in Virginia.

By Michael Isikoff
NBC News National Investigative Correspondent

The EPA’s highest-paid employee and a leading expert on climate change deserves to go to prison for at least 30 months for lying to his bosses and saying he was a CIA spy working in Pakistan so he could avoid doing his real job, say federal prosecutors.

John C. Beale, who pled guilty in September to bilking the government out of nearly $1 million in salary and other benefits over a decade, will be sentenced in a Washington, D.C., federal court on Wednesday. In a newly filed sentencing memo, prosecutors said that his lies were a "crime of massive proportion" and “offensive” to those who actually do dangerous work for the CIA.
Sorry if Heartland didn't pay out Christmas bonus cash, to forum deflectors.

But climate change is still on, and it is still anthropogenic, in origin.

More, on Beale's troubles:

How John Beale Swindled the EPA Out of $1 Million | The Fiscal Times

Quote:
In one instance, Beale disappeared from work for 18-months during which he did “absolutely no work,” his lawyer, John Kern admitted, according to court files obtained by NBC News.

Beale’s go-to excuse was that he was a CIA operative that required extensive travel to Pakistan and the spy agency’s headquarters in Langley.

Another time, EPA Assistant Inspector General Patrick Sullivan said Beale emailed McCarthy to tell her he urgently needed to leave for Pakistan because the Taliban was torturing another CIA operative.“Due to recent events that you have probably read about, I am in Pakistan,” he wrote. “Got the call Thurs and left Fri. Hope to be back for Christmas ….Ho, ho, ho.”

However, after a bit of investigating, Sullivan concluded that Beale didn’t have so much as a security clearance. He hadn’t ever been to Langley. And probably hadn’t thought about how a CIA operative would likely not be so open about dispensing information on a top-secret mission in an email.

“I’ve worked for the government for 35 years. I’ve never seen a situation like this,” Sullivan told NBC. He said when the EPA finally confronted Beale about his lies earlier this year, he brushed it off and conveniently said he “couldn’t discuss it.”

Regardless, McCarthy and other agency officials seemed to buy what Beale was selling. In a sentencing memo obtained by NBC News, federal prosecutors called Beale’s schemes “a crime of massive proportion that was offensive to those who actually do dangerous work for the CIA.” They want him to serve a prison sentence of at least 30 months. - See more at:

NO WONDER the EPA hasn't done squat, for DARPA's carbon capture media.

Obama and his administration suck. SO WHAT? Climate change isn't an issue, here. OK, let's try an even more recent link:

...And the fraud didn't even have anything to do with global warming! (Rimshot).
OK, enough derpage, without disclosure, of who pays, to get a crowd, to scat up forums and disquss, etc., with deflection rants.
