Really? That's the best you got? You don't see that by using her personal email address she got around public transparency. Or you see it you just want to ignore it. LMAO Hillary the one trick pony. You Socialists better start greasing up Warren..you are about to find out why having a one trick pony as your best bet is a bad idea...

Some important bullet points from the NYT article

“I can recall no instance in my time at the National Archives when a high-ranking official at an executive branch agency solely used a personal email account for the transaction of government business,” said Mr. Baron, who worked at the agency from 2000 to 2013.

Uh huh

Before the current regulations went into effect, Secretary of State Colin L. Powell, who served from 2001 to 2005, used personal email to communicate with American officials and ambassadors and foreign leaders.

I guess you forgot about that right Mr. Baron?

Last October, the State Department, as part of the effort to improve its record keeping, asked all previous secretaries of state dating back to Madeleine K. Albright to provide it with any records, like emails, from their time in office for preservation.

Do go on

The existence of Mrs. Clinton’s personal email account was discovered by a House committee investigating the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi as it sought correspondence between Mrs. Clinton and her aides about the attack.

Imagine that

It is not clear whether Mrs. Clinton’s private email account included encryption or other security measures, given the sensitivity of her diplomatic activity.

So the House clown committee on Benghazi is or isn't concerned about any sensitive information the emails may have contained?

Mrs. Clinton and the committee declined to comment on the contents of the emails or whether they will be made public.

So she takes the information seriously enough to not want it publicly broadcasted, unlike the House clown committee that is clearly putting politics above any perceived concerns over national security?

The State Department, Ms. Psaki said, “has been proactively and consistently engaged in responding to the committee’s many requests in a timely manner, providing more than 40,000 pages of documents, scheduling more than 20 transcribed interviews and participating in several briefings and each of the committee’s hearings.”

So much for them being able to make the case she hasn't cooperated in the investigation.

So now Hilary is running around trying to find excuses for not abiding by the law. Make no mistake, Billary thinks she's above the law.

Why don't you tell me what law regarding emails was in effect when Colin Powell was Secretary of State. It wasn't the Federal Records Act.

You only have two problems here

After the Bush administration spent 8 years running around trying to find excuses for not abiding by the law, you have no credibility on that statement.

You clowns on the right have spent the last 6 years crying wolf every time the President wipes his ass, so crying wolf now will fall on deaf ears.

Would you care to get into great detail about Reagan actually selling Iran weapons? I mean the Gippur did say in his heart he believed he didn't violate any laws. Hillary should use the same statement, while proclaiming how great he was.

How far can you drift off topic because you do not have a modicum of defense for Clinton's actions?
Thanks from imaginethat
