U.S. Constituion Article III, Section 1 : The judicial power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court and is such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

It simply does not matter. What's important is that we are NOT a theocracy.

Why are a lot of our laws still based on the Bible? Why were most of our laws based on the Bible? Do you know who the First Amendment's religious clauses were intended to protect? Are you going to produce this 10% number from hard data? Do you know who started born again? Do you know what separation of church and state is and can you defend it with a constitutional basis?
Merely stating the answer to one of your questions without asking the question would be a good response. Firing a barrage of them is a habit of yours, but it's a very poor tactic and adds nothing to the discussion.
Thanks from RNG and Sabcat

This has not one thing to do with the topic of the thread.

Please comment on topic.

Would it be a Christian nation or a nation that so happened to be filled with a bunch of Christians?

My point of asking these particular questions is twofold: I have given the answers myriad times and he keeps posting the same bile, and these questions to LW are a polite way of calling him a liar.

That depends on how you define Christian nation.

You say we are a secular nations, and then go on to name several religions? We are secular only (original intent) on the Federal level. Separation was never meant to apply to the States. In fact, several States had a State recognized religion prior to ratifying the Constitution. It was the Court who corrupted the original intent of the Separation clause.
