How cool. So 34 is your ship?

Were you aware of the bull shit band? Prc 25 broadcasts from base camps to the field?
You must be close to listen to Hanoi AM or FM Radio. I was close and then in Haiphong Harbor in the mouth of the Red River when I was close enough to watch Hanoi Batman on TV.

Nope, Bear Cat, way down South, and II & III corps. I had an am/fm radio. Had about a 12" antenna on it. Here it is.

So was Powell's email. And Rove's email. The whole damn government is filled with people having discussions about work on private emails. These people aren't robots. And, of course, every so called "secure" government network gets hacked practically every day. We've seen it at State itself and the IRS and the Pentagon. The entire damn government wasn't prepared for the digital age.

Um you do realize that the FBI will make it's own determination? State is trying to cover it's own ass here.

Sure they will, just like each agency has it's own interpretations of what is classified at what level. One man's trash is another man's treasure.

I am more concerned about the Department moles that are leaking information like a sieve and if they are being paid for the information, and who all do they leak information to. I think these known "sources" should be investigated to get these moles and prosecute them.

An unidentified law enforcement source
Based on "an anonymous source"
according to an unidentified official
an unidentified intelligence source told a reporter
citing an unidentified source

I think Snowden is just the tip of a much larger ice berg in our government.

This was Hillary's e-mail address hrod17@clintonmail.com....Now to be secure that should have read like this hrod17@stategov.com.....For you dumbfucks that means that Hillary owned her own server...it was in her home at Chappequa...then moved to a company named "Platte River" in New Jersey......This server was created when Slick Willie was POTUS......What the FBI is trying to figure out was if it was used for communication for the Clinton Foundation....That is why the IT guy (Paglione) was granted immunity....

Here is what we know as undisputed facts....1) she had a privately owned unsecured e-mail service in her home in Chappequa N.Y.....Powell's and Rices' were secured...2)...e-mails do not have to be marked "classified" to be presumed classified....that is a bogus argument....3) at least 1300 up to 1600 of her e-mails fall into the classified category...So She lied, like a rug... to the House Benghazi Committee about the e-mails.....

Now the questions are.."Is Hillary guilty of multiple violations of US Code, which are felonies??" ...If she is indicted by the FBI, for multiple violations of the US Code, will the DOJ prosecute her??"....Will this alleged e-mail controversy affect Hillary in the court of public opinion (remember "politics" is all about opinion), thereby affecting her eligibility as viable candidate......We shall see...

Nope. Many small businesses use a whatever@ourname.com address as an alias address which is not their server.

That, in itself proves nothing.

State Department spokesman John Kirby says the email will be published Monday in the "secret" form. The message bore no classification markings when it was transmitted. Monday's release of nearly 4,000 pages will complete the full publication of Clinton's work emails as secretary of state.

Isn't everyone forgetting one teensy little issue that never seems to pop up??
The classification tool isn't rooted in law or statute. It's an administrative tool that stems from presidential authority. There is an executive order [EO 13526] that lays out how the president intends for it to be used. He has also delegated authority to classify and declassify certain materials. Let me repeat that: President Barack Hussein Obama has the authority to classify and DECLASSIFY materials.....emails...documents....emails...did I mention emails??
So, just for fun.....what's the end result here? Anyone? Anyone??
