A misdemeanor? I see. That makes sense. If you cant ban guns through legislation just come up with other reasons. I think we should include traffic tickets and jay walking as well. Also, why cant we have credit checks to determine if a person if fit to have constitutional rights.
Thanks from Sabcat

When the Bourgeois falls and we can confiscate all guns and kill the ones who own them then we have a victory. For now, we are slowly eroding the foundation of the Constitution until it crumbles then we can have total victory!

Whatever it takes to remove all guns from the people comrade, whatever it takes. Voting is a duty to not be taken lightly. But, it should be done only under the direction of the state and not through ideas from the people

I don't want to take all guns from all people - hell, I HAVE a gun.

But I don't want people who can't control their temper to have carry permits or to own guns.

And people who abuse their wives are PERFECT examples of those who cannot control their tempers and shouldn't be allowed to put the general public at risk of their emotions.
Thanks from RNG and catus felis

Why would you want anyone but the State to have weapons? This thinking is very dangerous comrade. Thieves and murders would be executed immediately! There would be no need for honest citizens of the state to have weapons once we can finally bring forth wonderful changes and end capitalism and the republic

I admit at times I am to radical. But, in my defense I am surrounded by capitalists and religious zealots! The lies and propaganda against communism is sickening! In the end all I want is A better and peaceful world, a world where people and nature come before profits.

Domestic abusers are felons?, by the way tell that to the felons in big liberal cities who ignore the law not to have weapons.
