I do not agree to add the Saudi Royal family on the list. What pissed off bin laden was Saudi Arabia letting American military forces into Saudi Arabia during Gulf 1.

Those are the nations which are most likely to send people who want to do us harm, do you disagree? We know ISIS is trying to infiltrate the immigrant flow, why not slow it, or stop it until we are sure, this is a no brainer. The political stunt is by leftists trying to paint it as racist, or religious, as apposed to what it is common sense.
All it means is: If ISIS wants to send jihadists to the US, they won't send them from the countries on the list.

Duh!! That took two seconds of thinking time. This is just what I mean about the ban being political posturing.
Thanks from Clara007

Maybe the best solution is to just stop taking refugees, work with the $$$$ ME nations to make refugee camps over there.

We should also get rid of murder laws, rape laws, assault laws, robbery laws, etc. because they are all still going to happen regardless of the laws.
Thanks from coke and Sensible

Antarctica has plenty of room too but they would be bitching about the cold..

I agree with your first statement. We have always had a false sense of security, but I don't think this is more appalling than any other situation. It's all relative and it's based on contrived FEAR.
It's been one thing or another for 100 years--100 years of American FEAR. The Bolsheviks hiding under every bed. Chinese laborers. The Nazis. The Japanese. The Communists. Mexicans/Illegals. Unions. Civil rights. The Gay Community. Welfare recipients.....and the ever popular boogy-man: Muslims.

We have to be the most stupid group of people on the planet. Some new alarm goes off and BOOM! We're off to the Nightmare on Whatsits Street.

Is Boston, and San Bernardino contrived fears? Is the number of crimes committed by illegal aliens a contrived fear?

Dude, people commit crimes. Some of those crimes are horrendous. Find those people arrest and punish them.
Been going on for a long, long, time. Make sure our intelligence gathering agencies and law enforcement agencies have all the funding and support they need, cooperate with them and go about your lives.

You're welcome.
