Americans Praise Trump's Executive Orders, Poll Shows

Quote:
President Donald Trump has evidently found a popular poll that isnít ďfake news.Ē The commander-in-chief, under fire for and awaiting the ruling of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on his immigration ban, tweeted out a Morning Consult/Politico poll that shows a majority or plurality of Americans support his executive orders.
In particular, the results show that 55 percent of the 2,070 respondents support both revoking federal funding to sanctuary cities and the same percentage are for the ban that locked out immigrants for seven Muslim-majority countries. In contrast, 33 percent disapproved of the sanctuary cities de-funding and 38 percent disapproved of the immigration ban.
The poll also examined the respondents' approval or disapproval to Trumpís nine other executive orders, including on federal government spending freezes (54 percent approve), delays or ignoring parts of the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare (49 percent) and fast-tracking the construction of the highly controversial and much disputed Keystone XL pipeline.
All told, Trump*scored no lower than a 46 percent approval for any of the orders. His long-running campaign promise to build a border wall to hinder Mexican immigrants received 48 percent approval and his withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal garnered 47 percent approval.
However, Morning Consult/Politico did point out that Trumpís overall job approval rating continues to trend downward. Gallupís most recent results Ė taken between Jan. 30 and Feb. 5 - show only 43 percent of Americans approve of the work Trumpís done and his highest mark has only been 46 percent, three days after his inauguration last month.
Trump spoke Wednesday at a law enforcement conference in Washington and praised the immigration ban, claiming it makes Americans safer.
ďItís sad, I think itís a sad day. I think our security is at risk today. And it will be at risk until such time as we are entitled and get what we are entitled to as citizens of this country,Ē Trump said. ďIt was done for the security of our nation. The security of our citizens. So that people come in who arenít going to do us harm. And thatís why it was done. And it couldnít have been written any more precisely. Itís not like, ĎOh gee, we wish it were written better.í Itís written beautifully.Ē

The people...yes...approve of what he is doing and wants to continue to do. That is why he is the President. The lame Dems just cannot get beyond the fact that their far left agendas have been turned down. Most of the main stream media is still reeling from the fact that it was not able to elect Hillary.

The Dems have dropped so low that they now call for their people to boycott the clothes produced by Trump's daughter. These are the same line of clothes that are stylish and ...very reasonable in price. Things we average people can afford and enjoy wearing. i.e. The dress she wore, during the inauguaration, and looked so spectacular in was sold in stores for under $200.

Let's celebrate the wonders of inexpensive goods imported from China .... before Trump slaps a big import tariff on them.

Only when they agree with what you already know. If they don't, then, yes, they are fake news. It's simple, really.

Many people feel "confused" at your age. It is OK and nothing to be ashamed of.
