Here is the issue. Trump has put out a ban on travel from six Muslim majority countries. This, in itself, is not a religious test. If you're from Country X then you can't enter the US, no religious test given.

Trump, however, has referred to it a number of times as a "Muslim" ban. So does the court take Trump's word or do we just look at the words in the EO?
Thanks from tristanrobin and Clara007

Apparently, I was taught wrong.

You astound me with your inability to stay on topic. What does any of this have to do with marriage?

Tell your party leaders that. The marriage statement was based on comparison.

Are you serious, they ruled against the constitution based on their own political views.

These people are against Trump. The little dictator doesn't like judges who say NO to him. It's pretty simple. IF ONLY it were Nazi Germany. Wouldn't life be easier for our Fuhrer??
For the love of Pete Obama visited the one in Hawaii before the judge made his decision.

The Supreme Court rejected the Trump campaign speech argument from the lower courts along with their standing positions.

Was it in the wording of his ban if not why would they rule on it that way. The first part of your comment was true. I would follow it with those particular countries are known to have terror networks whose aim is harming America and Americans. Remember liberals have said those particular Muslims, the radical ones, are not religious Muslims anyway.

2. They have set a date in the fall for the two sides to present arguments on the ban AFTER that the SCOTUS will rule to uphold or strike down the ban.
The court struck down the injunction and made a tiny modification which was a good one. There is no way in the fall they will rule against Trumps ban in the fall. They will not say they let him do something illegal all summer.

Total Trump win.
