Sorry, nope. You've already demonstrated that you have no idea how the OT and the NT work together. You have no idea as to why the Law was given to the Hebrews and how Jesus did what He did to fulfill that law.

If Jesus didn't die and rise again there is no Christianity.
Thanks from Sensible

No, I have not been shown that. Why are there the number of christian sects there are if everyone interprets the bible the same way?

Are catholics christians? Are mormons, JWs, hutterites and mennonites?

Are Westboro Baptists?

That's not true, Jesus didn't rise from the dead, and yet we still have Christianity.

Paul describes himself as a man trained to do good as he understands good, yet his selfish nature continually gets in the way. i.e. When he messes up, as we all do, he feels bad about it and seeks repentance, which is abundant in the grace of God who does not count such human errors against us, because God who sees into our hearts knows that there is a fundamental difference between being angry with my neighbor and speaking out of turn, as opposed to plotting conniving underhanded ways to deceive him and to destroy his life.

Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.” Gen 4:6-7

Cain's SIN was not his anger alone, in fact he was cautioned to get control of it, rather the SIN that invoked God's judgement was clearly in plotting the murder of his brother.

Like I said several times in this thread, Christians have many different interpretations of the Bible. Adults and those who are secure in their faith have no interest in the beliefs of others; they take comfort and courage from their religion and carry on. The others will have get into pissing matches with 'my God is bigger than your God' arguments, 'you're not a real Christian' condemnations, and self-important condescension for viewpoints that differ from their own. I'm not interested in such discussions.
Thanks from BubbaJones, RNG, Hollywood and 1 others

Good enough, I don't agree but that's fine. At least your man enough to say what you mean and I respect that Tristan.

And in doing so, they are sadly missing the whole point. I know because I have been there and done that. Biblically speaking, it is more important to show kindness that to win an argument.

Mans inability to understanding Gods perfect word! Most would agree on the main tenets, others are cults, just like atheism is a cult.
