The media has been reporting the Vegas shooting as the worst mass shooting in the history of this country. NOT TRUE. Period.

Hope this doesn't shatter you??
Never read or seen them. The only similarity between the two is that victims were shot. That is it. They could have just as easily used the civil war. They are following the thread of guns are bad, they kill people. Look what happened to these people.

Vegas the other day one nutbag w/ his own personal arsenal (or the CIA ) shot a fuck ton of people. Wounded knee the state went in an killed a bunch of people, justified in theirs and many others eyes.

Their premise is so obviously wrong that the only conclusion I can draw is that the reasoning behind it is an attempt to further the "guns are bad meme". Or the CIA. Because if it was the CIA then the analogy would be good.

Jesus, you are so clueless.
Sand Creek, Fort Pillow, Jonestown?

How about you address the conclusion of the article you posted?

I think you are right about Sand Creek and Fort Pillow, but Jonestown was in Guyana and was mass suicide....not shooting.

The same "largest massacre" type comments were also made about the Pulse shootings, the victims of which I believe were mostly Hispanics - not white. So while I would agree that massacres of Native Americans has been overlooked in many cases, I don't see a connection to the reporting of the LV shootings. And BTW, most of the news reports I read did not omit the word "modern" if they made the largest massacre claim at all.

Oh Tristan, lets have a moment of honest. Anyone who would have been elected Republican candidate who would have won you would be saying the same thing. Rand Paul,Kasich,Cruz, etc. etc. It would not have mattered. Same ole partisan bullshit. Only this time your team has decided to use it to justify violence. The whiny ass sore loser mentality from the Democrat party is embarrassing to the nation.
Thanks from Sabcat

He is pretty much the poster child of American Communism. It amazes me how the left keeps doubling down on going farther left and losing more
