From what I've read Kaepernick opted out of his contract MONTHS ago, so how could he kneel during the 2017 pre-season???

When it comes to race issues, Republicans are the king of strawman misdirection.

Instead of acknowledging that the problem is X, they instead try to drown out the problem by saying that the problem is not Y.

@Cammy....Yes bubby, we know what the clown Kaepernick was protesting.... The dumb fuck just chose to do it at the wrong time.....When he did it in the opening ceremonies he insulted the Flag and the Anthem.....Why didn't he do it at half time like the other clown Byonce???

Him and his over-paid jerk-offs have the absolute right to protest....and D.J. Trump and I have the absolute right to call them a bunch of sonsabitches... The 1st Amendment works both ways.....

The NFL could have settled this a year ago by throwing some sanctions at the retard Kaepernick.. They didn't and they will be the losers.....Great!!..I love it..

The number of people killed by police fire. Many, undoubtedly, were justified. And then....
Community pays tribute to Marquis Jones, who was shot by Burlington Police

Marquis “Bubba” Jones was a father. A track runner and football player at Burlington High School. A beloved son.

He was also quite popular in the South Hill neighborhood. A Burlington original who naturally attracted loyal friends.

“He helped everybody. Everybody loved him. Everybody,” said his mother, Altovese Williams of Burlington.

Jones, 27, was fatally shot in the chest Oct. 1 by Burlington Police while fleeing from a traffic stop. His family is still trying to figure out why.

“All he (the officer) had to do is pull a taser out, and we wouldn’t be doing this. It’s sad, man. But there’s nothing you can do,” said Jones’ brother, Ryan Davis of Burlington.
