Dotard's Healthcare

So he tweets what is a common theme of his:

Quote:
Donald J. Trump‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump 12h12 hours ago

The time has come to take action to IMPROVE access, INCREASE choices, and LOWER COSTS for HEALTHCARE!
Please note the "LOWER COSTS" all upper case in his tweet.

Then an email from CNN:

Quote:
President Donald Trump plans to end the cost-sharing subsidies that have helped some lower-income Americans purchase health insurance on the Obamacare marketplace, the White House announced Thursday.

The subsidies have required a monthly payment approved by Trump, which until now have gone forward. The White House has said it would consider each month's payment on an individual basis.

The move has the potential to dramatically increase costs for some Obamacare customers. It's the latest step taken by Trump to dismantle aspects of the signature health law signed by his predecessor.

Earlier Thursday, the President signed an executive order that broadly tasks the administration with developing policies to increase health care competition and choice in order to improve the quality of health care and lower prices. However, it could also destabilize Obamacare by siphoning off younger and healthier Americans from the exchanges.

My emphasis in the email.

So now the Trumpanzees will have to tell us what he really meant to say.
Thanks from Camelot and Hollywood

ONE MORE TIME FOR THE TOTALLY CLUELESS...

SUSIDIES DO NOT LOWER THE COST...

IF IT COST 10,000/YEAR AND YOU PAY 10,000

OR

YOU PAY 5,000 AND THE TAX PAYER PAYS 5,000

IT STILL COSTS 10,000 DOLLARS

Trumps plan will have that 10,000 plan cost LESS THAN 10,000...

lowering COST..

for example I am a 62 year old Man who has had a vasectomy

my wife is 60 years old

OUR PLANS WILL COST LESS MONEY BECAUSE WE WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR BIRTH CONTROL COVERAGE AND MANTERNITY CARE.. which BOTH of us ARE FORCED to pay for now.
Thanks from Hashtag

It will INCREASE the cost for those least likely to be able to afford it which, in turn, will IMPAIR access and DECREASE choices for those who cannot afford it.

What's so revealing is that Trump / McConnell / Ryan care is such a stink-bomb, they couldn't even get it through their own Republican controlled Senate!

So after 7 years of wild promises, and numerous legislative attempts at repeal and replace, Trump has now resorted to simple sabotage.
Trump has removed federal subsidies that helped the poor into the pool.

What completes the picture is the winners vs losers score card.

Winners are the young & healthy; but winning in losing scope of coverage.
Losers are the elderly and needy.

Nice going, Republicans.

They canít govern so they terrorize the people instead. The emergency rooms will swell with uninsured again. Rural hospitals will close en masse. Dotard Don and Republicans will own this.

I totally get what you are saying, BUT.......then why doesn't the GOP FIX those issues. You don't want maternity, birth control, etc......TWEAK ACA. You don't take prescription drugs......tweak it. You don't want the minions to have 50% matched funds....lower it to 40% or whatever. If the GOP doesn't like the ballooning cost of drugs and big pharma......change the system. Don't like the rising premiums.....get your act together and find a way to work with the insurance providers.
Our lawmakers are "SUPPOSED" to be the best and the brightest (although I question that every frickin' day) so WHY---with all their power and pull and brains and connections can't they fix what's wrong with Obamacare.

I'll tell you why. Because 1) That would be admitting that ACA might work after all 2) They don't give a flying fig about their constituents. 3) They are just too damn dumb to do it.

Please Nwolfe, TNV is a financial genius. I know because he tells us often enough. He just keeps hiding it so successfully.

The basic concept behind insurance is that risk is shared. This is a big step towards decreasing the shared nature of the ACA. A cornerstone of the whole thing.
