How about that Special counsel on Clinton Uranium deal

Hope he has the balls and the security to do so!

Attorney General Jeff Sessions considering special counsel to investigate

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is considering appointing a special counsel to investigate the Clinton Foundation, an Obama-era uranium deal with a Russian firm and other matters of concern to Republican lawmakers, according to a letter.

The Justice Department sent a letter, which The Washington Post obtained, to the House Judiciary Committee on Monday addressing those concerns, as well as the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

The prosecutors would “report directly to the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel,” the letter read.

President Trump has previously criticized the Justice Department for not aggressively probing the Democrats and Clinton, his former presidential campaign rival.

Feinstein, Graham: Sessions should re-testify on Russia contacts

The letter came a day before Sessions is to appear before the Judiciary panel. Democrats have signaled they plan to press the AG on his knowledge of contacts between Russians and Trump campaign aides.

Hillary Clinton was not involved in the decision. Many agencies had to give clearance. Like Benghazi, you will just end up looking like idiots.

Probably not. A crazy President using the levers of government power to attack a political opponent in an effort to distract from his own investigation is the very definition of tyranny. This issue was investigated 5 years ago. It is unlikely that the DOJ would return to it. Justice is not doled out in tweets. You wingnuts that call the Russian investigation a political witch hunt look pretty pathetic calling for a political witch hunt. The Benghazi investigation failures should have taught you dopes a lesson but the Russia investigation will continue to intensify.

Sessions had to admit that he forgot all kinds of meetings and what was discussed at them, claiming he didn't commit perjury, just lost his mind.

Plus the budget stuff is going to shit.

Plus Moore.

Plus the twitter-in-chief they desperately need a distraction.

And the RW claim that the timing of charges against Moore was convenient ...
Thanks from Camelot

Sessions committed perjury at least two times in the past. Today was more of his “I do not recall” bullshit. He is from Alabama too. Alabama is one screwed up state.

Lots of people were involved with the email and server and Hillary may not have been in possession of the answer to those questions.

Sessions was definitely in those meetings. He can't claim the same.

Does the IRS ring a bell fool, they targeted conservative groups for political reasons. The Order to stand down was given in the Benghazi case, they lied about what the reasoning was behind the attack for a week, not one was held accountable, that is not a witch hunt, that is a tragedy!
