The Republicans have been complaining about government spending and budget deficits for over 30 years. They gain control of Congress and the White House and what do they do? They don’t even tap the brakes, they mash on the gas pedal.

Come on conservatives. Stop defending this crazy spending crap. This not about what the Democrats did or did not do during the Obama administration. We need to be sending a message to the GOP about how we hate this spending bill. It lunacy.

You guys are adorable.

Just reread the comments and NOPE--no one is complaining--including the RIGHT. The topic is spending and the point (because you obviously MISSED IT) is the astonishing HYPOCRISY from the GOP and Trump Team.

Your conditioned response (protect the president at all costs) is noted....even though it makes you and yours frauds of the highest order.

Illogical, inaccurate partisan gibberish.
Dismissed as such.

You really should try reading your own links sometime. The article is about the STATE of Connecticut and NOT the national government's budget.

$1.5 trillion is a drop in the bucket of our national debt. Literally pocket change. It's not even real money so does it even matter?

We need that money for the eternal war in the Middle East. We have to protect their freedoms! Right?

Why are the Reps unconcerned now? They were concerned as hell when Obama ran deficits.
