A lesson from Conor Lamb

What it looks like to me........
He moved his right foot to the right, but did not align with Trump......A....
He moved his left foot away from Nancy Pelosi but did not remove himself from the democratic party.....A+.........

I hope and pray that he has the courage to maintain that political posture.

Here's what New York Mag has to say: Democrats can run this Conor Lamb strategy OVER and over.

Here's the type of candidate we're looking for: squeaky clean, young, energized, no voting record to tear apart, possible military backgrounds and slightly Right. Dems may not agree with some of Lamb's positions, but if that's what voters want--that's fine with me.

I'm betting there are LOTS of Conor Lambs out there.

Michael Steele, former RNC chairman, just explained it as well as it could be. The Democrats stayed out of their own way, and let Lamb run his campaign in his district. He could not have won in that district running a campaign that Nancy Pelosi would run in California. The same goes for Republicans. If you're a northeast Republican, you can't run as a Republican from Alabama.

The good thing about that is, Democrats can learn that lesson between now and November. Republicans will never learn that lesson. They have been doubling down on being even more to the right for so long, it's the only way they know how to run.

Democrats now not only control the left, but the center as well, and it's the only way they're going to take back Congress, and their states.
Thanks from Clara007

How do Dems control the center? Is it by promoting Warren, Pelosi, Schummer types as their "leaders"?

Have you not been paying attention at all? Do you think the 38 seats that Democrats have flipped, including the one last night is a fluke?

Keep on running that pro Trump platform you're running, and lets see how that works out for you in November.
Thanks from RNG and Camelot

The funny thing is that the Republicans are getting so desperate they are claiming that Conor is pro-life. Ryan keeps on about it. And that is a blatant lie.

He is pro-abortion rights.

They couldn’t even hold on to a heavily gerrymandered red district. They better start practicing the title - Madame Speaker. And then the real investigations can begin.
