One acre is a square with 208 feet on all sides. A quarter section is 160 acres and a country block is a square mile. Statute and not a Nautical Mile, 2000 yards in a nautical mile.

There are definitely some intelligent and informed (if wrong ) RW members here.
But, for the most part, I get the impression that the majority of them are just kids (and by that, they could be of any age) who are angry or bitter or just bored and acting out - posting any kind of garbage in order to get a rise out of people and garner some attention.
Some of the garbage spewed here is so ridiculous, I don't believe the posters or the messages have an ounce of validity.
Thanks from Hollywood and Lyzza

There's that bad habit of yours rearing its ugly head again.

Cheer? Did I say "cheer?" Here's what I said:

Quote:
I would have been impressed had he found the cajoñes to for once do what he said he'd do without "conditions" attached.
Of course, you and I know his threat not to sign the bill had nothing to do with principle and everything to do with drama and same ol', same ol' politics as usual.

Had he carried through with his threat, I would have had to think he had more than hot air underneath his stuffed shirt. But there never was any chance of that happening. You and I both know that.
Thanks from tristanrobin
