This is a great tweet;

Quote:

The Hoarse Whisperer
@HoarseWisperer

A fraud, a pedophile, a pot dealer and Paul Ryan all walk into a bar.

Bartender says “Wow, the last four Republican House Speakers all in one place.”

No joke. That’s the legacy of Gingrich, Hastert, Boehner and Ryan.

Gingrich is absolutely apoplectic about the Cohen raid...oh and the FBI raid on Manafort.
On Fox, NEWT compared FBI searches of the homes and offices of associates of President Trump to tactics used by former Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin or the Gestapo, the secret police in Nazi Germany. Tee hee

Mornin' Joe didn't care much for that so he replied with:
"For Newt Gingrich to shame himself, for Newt Gingrich to disgrace himself, for Newt Gingrich to humiliate himself, for Newt Gingrich to lay waste to his legacy by comparing a Vietnam War hero, who's dedicated his entire life to protecting the U.S. Constitution for Americans, to compare Bob Mueller to Joseph Stalin, the most evil man of the 20th century? Shows you how contemptible Newt Gingrich is as a man."
The Hill
AND BTW, Newt seems to know what Mueller is doing and GOING TO DO. Isn't that great? These folks always seem to have an inside track, but of course so do some of our DTT posters.
It's an amazing gift. Of course, Newt didn't ALWAYS feel this way about Robert Mueller.

One year ago this is what Newt had to say in a tweet: Robert Mueller is superb choice to be special counsel. His reputation is impeccable for honesty and integrity. Media should now calm down.

Gingrich has proven himself over the years to be little nothing more than a conniving grifter.

Ryan knows what is coming in 2018 as a result of that vile clown in the Oval Office. He is just 1 of 43 Republican not seeking re-election and that list will continue to grow as we approach November. You can’t point to any such instability on the left. What will be funny is watching Nancy Pelosi being handed the Speaker’s gavel in January.

First off

What does "they control the whole damn government and still cant govern" mean?

Thanks for your post. The vitriol that oozes from your posts just furthers my point.

I see, facts pass as vitriol in your mind. Your posts have become nothing more than bad trolling art.

He's a con man, always has been.
He's trying to disassociate himself from the disaster he sees coming. And position himself for a presidential run .

Good.

Hey Comgress, get a Speaker older than 51. Tired of being older than the Speaker of the House.

How and why did Paul Ryan get so much prominence and power in the first place. Young guy in his 40's, nominated Vice President, became Speaker of the House, when all the Speakers I knew before were there forever and older than dirt. Maybe not Boehner, but the other Speakers I know we're in their 60's and 70's.

To me, he is just very average. Seemed to me a small town lawyer who got lucky in politics some kind of way. He is sort of a gangly, weird looking dude with a Eddie Munster haircut, weird eyes and alien arms. Sort of the question, why was he such a star versus a hundred other guys.

Got to give it to him, he was Speaker of the House and that is a big time office, and a lot of Comgressmen in history wanted the position but could never attain it due for being the minority party or being weird. I think Louie Gohmert should be the new Speaker, he's hilarious. Won't happen but doesn't hurt to wish.
