One nail at the time.....

nail 1 If your lifestyle is to own a gun, start out with a 22 caliber rifle/pistol and 410 shot gun.......
Teach gun safety starting in the first grade.....hands on sometime later

WTF does owning a firearm have to do with lifestyle???
NOT that I disagree with your views on firearm safety, just curious about the use of the term lifestyle.

We don't even teach bicycle safety in school and many children have those.

A lot. if your lifestyle is to eat natural organically raised meat.. Hunting could be a big part of this lifestyle.

If you live in Ferguson MO. where people are allowed to burn neighorhoods you lifestyle is that of constant danger, thus you have the need for a firearm a high powered rapid fire firearm with large capacity to protect yourself and your property

If you work in a place like medical facility and have to enter and leave at night, there is a need of a firearm owning lifestyle

That makes no sense whatsoever.
The post I was responding to said OWNING a firearm. You are referring to HOW that firearm is USED.

The comment about Ferguson was stupid. I lived for many years in St. Louis, maybe 10 miles from Ferguson, Mo. I lived there when the disturbance/riots happened. The media made it a far bigger deal than it actually was.
You boy's problem is that you're afraid of everything. I own a fire extinguisher in case there's a fire in my apartment. I do NOT have a "fire extinguisher lifestyle."
Thanks from imaginethat and Clara007

Interesting;

According to The Daily Democrat, “About 24 percent of the survey’s participants said it’s “very important” for the U.S. to increase deportations of undocumented immigrants, while 35 percent said it’s ‘somewhat important,’ according to the poll.”
The poll cited was run by far-left U.C. Berkeley’s Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society, which called the rejection of Pelosi’s leadership “troubling.”

Together that is 59% not approving or somewhat not approving of all Calif's protection for illegal. Has that leading left wing State gone too far???

Hello to use your firearm you would need to own it.

If you have no firearm you cannot use a firearm.

the examples I gave are where firearms would be a major part of your lifestyle.

It is YOU that made no sense...

LIFESTYLE, the word/description I have a problem with is LIFESTYLE. Pay attention please.

You did NOT say "firearm." What you said was "a high powered rapid fire firearm with large capacity." One can only assume the "large capacity" comment had to do with the magazine capacity and that you were talking about a AR-15 type of rifle.
Personally the firearm I keep for home protection is a 12 gauge Mossberg pump shotgun. Works just fine.

I think the problem is one helluva lot of gunowners DO have a gun lifestyle.

They keep saying that a gun is just another tool - but, you know, the idea of a hammer lifestyle, or a spatula lifestyle really just never comes up.
Thanks from Hollywood
