More live children....to go to foster homes? More live children that go hungry? Get abused? Get educated? Get clothing? More children on welfare? Without healthcare? More children born with addictions?

Those live children?

Your team WANTS those live children, but when it comes to CARING for those LIVE children--paying for those live children, you want nothing to do with them.

You constantly howl about welfare recipients, anchor babies, food stamps and healthcare...but then say you want abortion banned? Stop being ridiculous.

When this legislation was introduced in their legislature, THEY SAID it was deliberately intended to invoke law suits by pro choice orgs specifically with the aim of taking it to SCOTUS. They never intended it to go into effect.

Well moneyed religious groups are playing a long game to overturn Roe and try to impose a CHRISTIAN SHARIA on this nation. This is just one of those steps.

This is no different than weed nullification laws and should get in front of SCOTUS. It is not "Christian sharia" but it is a states rights issue. Why is it so hard for people to get that?

It is Christian Sharia being marketed to the dolts and knuckle draggers as a states rights issue.

As I have said many times, I am a resident of the State of Tennessee, but I am a citizen of the United States. My fundamental rights should not change simply because I crossed a river or stepped over some imaginary line on a map.

I find it hilarious the same people who will endlessly bleat about their second amendment rights and have NO ISSUE when the courts strike down state (or even city) laws that are in conflict with their belief, are the same ones that want to have those same states "rights" UPHELD and the law struck down when they are keeping your religious beliefs off my female friends and families body !!!

For all the bluster and blather from some quarters about the "intent" of the founding fathers, I firmly believe their intent was that I should be able to live as I please as long as my actions have no impact, especially negative impact on how you or anyone else lives their lives. When it comes to gay marriage and abortion I utterly fail to see how engaging in either is anyone's business but the person directly involved. Please explain to me how a woman you don't know, will never meet, will never have any interaction with, obtaining an abortion has any impact on your life ??
Thanks from catus felis

Actually it is very different. The weed laws are about the states letting people do something the Federal Government says they shouldnít do. The abortion laws are about the states trying to stop people from doing something the Federal Government says they should be allowed to do.

I donít know about you but Iím usually going to side with the people that say we should be allowed to do stuff that isnít interfering with someone elseís rights.
