CA wants to expand tax-slavery among citizens for adult illegal’s health-care costs

.

See California Wants To Become The First State To Offer Free Health Care To Illegal Immigrants

May 22, 2018

” California lawmakers are poised to make the state the first in the nation to expand Medicaid benefits to adult "undocumented" immigrants, at a cost of more than $3 billion per year to California taxpayers.”

Not only has California’s communists/socialists and progressives in government enslaved its citizens into financing the economic needs of illegal entrant’s children, now they want to extend that tax slavery to finance the health-care needs of adult aliens who have broken our laws and invaded America’s borders.

Will MS-13 adult illegal entrant gang members be eligible for this free health-care?

There was a time not too long ago in New York when the able-bodied were ashamed to accept home relief, a program created by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1931 when he was Governor. Now, New York City and many other major cities are infested with countless government cheese factions from poverty stricken countries who not only demand welfare, but use it to buy beer, wine, drugs, sex, and Lotto tickets.

CA socialists want to confiscate Trump's tax cut and give it to illegal entrants

Also see California Democrats want businesses to give half their tax-cut savings to state

”SACRAMENTO — California lawmakers are targeting the expected windfall that companies in the state would see under the federal tax overhaul with a bill that would require businesses to turn over half to the state.

A proposed Assembly Constitutional Amendment by Assemblymen Kevin McCarty, D-Sacramento, and Phil Ting, D-San Francisco, would create a tax surcharge on California companies making more than $1 million so that half of their federal tax cut would instead go to programs that benefit low-income and middle-class families.”

The unavoidable truth is, our Fifth Column social democrat political leaders’ plan for “free” college tuition will be paid for by confiscating the paychecks of millions of college graduates who worked for and paid their own way through college and are now trying to finance their own economic needs.

put a fence around the state and dont let anyone but the businesses leave, and just let them sink from their stupid ideas. After they can't even feed themselves any more, and all are dead, we can re-settle the place with people who have a brain!

We get it. Christian behavior such as helping the least of these and taxing the rich are not popular with the right, who really don't mean they are pro-life, just pro-fetus. But the fact is, if you have a healthy population, you have a population that can work and IS working and is capable of producing a whole lot more than if you have a sickly population.

Then with this attitude, why are you against abortion? Or are you?

charitable giving vs tyranny

There is nothing Christian about confiscating the property of one and transferring it to another for their personal use and enjoyment.

You apparently do not know the difference between charitable giving [the Christian way] vs. tyranny!

It is so sad that our nation's moral compass, in general, has been corrupted to such a degree that there is confusion between charitable giving and tyranny! So, let us dwell upon the thoughtful words of one of our forefathers who addresses this very issue! Representative Giles, speaking before Congress on February 3rd, 1792 crystalizes a fundamental purpose of our government.

"Under a just and equal Government, every individual is entitled to protection in the enjoyment of the whole product of his labor, except such portion of it as is necessary to enable Government to protect the rest; this is given only in consideration of the protection offered. In every bounty, exclusive right, or monopoly, Government violates the stipulation on her part; for, by such a regulation, the product of one man's labor is transferred to the use and enjoyment of another. The exercise of such a right on the part of Government can be justified on no other principle, than that the whole product of the labor or every individual is the real property of Government, and may be distributed among the several parts of the community by government discretion; such a supposition would directly involve the idea, that every individual in the community is merely a slave and bondsman to Government, who, although he may labor, is not to expect protection in the product of his labor. An authority given to any Government to exercise such a principle, would lead to a complete system of tyranny."

It should also be noted that the prohibition against our federal government appropriating money from the federal government and transferring that money to privileged individuals is also confirmed on February 7th 1792 by Representative John Page speaking before the House of Representatives:

"The framers of the Constitution guarded so much against a possibility of such partial preferences as might be given, if Congress had the right to grant them, that, even to encourage learning and useful arts, the granting of patents is the extent of their power. And surely nothing could be less dangerous to the sovereignty or interest of the individual States than the encouragement which might be given to ingenious inventors or promoters of valuable inventions in the arts and sciences. The encouragement which the General Government might give to the fine arts, to commerce, to manufactures, and agriculture, might, if judiciously applied, redound to the honor of Congress, and the splendor, magnificence, and real advantage of the United States; but the wise framers of our Constitution saw that, if Congress had the power of exerting what has been called a royal munificence for these purposes, Congress might, like many royal benefactors, misplace their munificence; might elevate sycophants, and be inattentive to men unfriendly to the views of Government; might reward the ingenuity of the citizens of one State, and neglect a much greater genius of another. A citizen of a powerful State it might be said, was attended to, whilst that of one of less weight in the Federal scale was totally neglected. It is not sufficient, to remove these objections, to say, as some gentlemen have said, that Congress in incapable of partiality or absurdities, and that they are as far from committing them as my colleagues or myself. I tell them the Constitution was formed on a supposition of human frailty, and to restrain abuses of mistaken powers.” Annals of Congress Feb 7th,1792 Representative Page

So, tell me my friend, are you now up to a discussion which involves the differences between charitable giving vs. tyranny with respect to legal and illegal immigration and taxation?

Regards,

JWK

They are not “liberals”. They are conniving Marxist parasites who use government force to steal and then enjoy the property which labor, business and investors have worked to create.

I totally agree. NOW let's remove the Billions of dollars given to corporations just to "subsidies their income. Let's stop paying congress at a sum of over three times as much as the median income in the US.
Let's stop paying for health care for congress and the president when they can afford it on their own.

Sure I do. As much as I know the theft of our general fund by the administration taking first class seats in airplanes and lavish vacations on my tax dolalr.

Couldn't agree more. So let's raise the workers in this nation wages to a livable wage to keep up with inflation which is now $25 / hour for a 40 hour work week. Let's allow them to have health care and affordable and good food not lined with steroids and carcinogens. I think that's included in the founding fathers statements. After all, once the rich sign off on the interest free loan for the business, they hire people to make it profitable. That's all they do.

If you don't think investors and business get more than their fair share, then y ou haven't been paying attention to who has gotten the tax cuts and welfare since Reagan.

So, you, like socialists, communists and progressives, detest an inalienable right of mankind being free to mutually agree in their contracts. Likewise, you seem to also detest free market forces that determine the value which a working person has in their own labor and skills when he/she wishes to put that property up for sale.

Why are you so eager to violate a working person's rights associated with property ownership?

JWK

"The property which every man has in his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable. The patrimony of the poor man lies in the strength and dexterity of his own hands; and to hinder him from employing this strength and dexterity in what manner he thinks proper, without injury to his neighbor, is a plain violation of this most sacred property." ___ Butchers’ Union Co. v. Crescent City Co., 111 U.S. 746 (1884)

I don't understand how these undocumented people survive in the United States. That is just it, they are undocumented, in a 21st Century world where identification is a must not a luxury.

To get a Drivers License requires a Birth Certificate, and if said Birth Certificate is from outside the USA, there needs to be documentation of some kind that the person is a citizen or a legal alien. Which would require going to the Federal Government to get the documentation if they have such. Even if the alien cannot/will not drive a car, the states do provide an ID card, which to procure one is probably the same legal requirements as a Driver License. America has a lot of cops roaming about who like to talk to brown people about why they are walking down the road at night, and the first thing they ask is "Do you have an ID?" If you don't, more than likely you are going to jail.

So how does one get any kind of aid if they cannot prove who they are? How can California or anywhere know that someone is an illegal alien, but breaks Federal Law by not removing them and protecting them? Federal Law supersedes State Law. So to me, the state of California is aiding and abetting a crime.

One must have a social security number to legally work, which requires one to be a citizen or be a resident, legal alien with a work permit. To get one requires identification and documentation the alien obviously does not possess. So they have to work illegally which means they are not paying taxes, because they cannot pay taxes because they are not legally supposed to be in the country. The government needs to vigorously go after people who hire illegals, and be very heavy handed about it. Felonies, prison time. People will quit hiring illegal people. So the illegals will end up having to leave or break the law selling dope or committing theft or violence. Legalization of marijuana will close that avenue from them, and would have to resort to selling cocaine and narcotics. White people need to get stoned and desperate times calls for desperate measures.

They survive because we have Fifth Column judges and Justices who subvert our Constitution and the rule of law, and they protect these illegal entrants. These Fifth Column activists have a plan to seize political power and it requires a massive and economically dependent voting block to accomplish their notoriously evil goals. That is why they protect the poverty stricken, poorly educated low skilled populations that have invaded America's borders. They know these captive and dependent illegal entrants will eventually sell their vote to keep the government's free cheese wagon coming their way. And in the process American citizens are made into tax slaves.

JWK

If we can make 51 percent of America’s population dependent upon the federal government for its subsistence, we can then bribe them for their vote, keep ourselves in power and keep the remaining portion of America’s productive population enslaved to pay the bills ____ Our Fifth Column’s long term strategy ___ a plan to establish a federal plantation that confiscates and then redistributes the bread which labor, business and investors have worked to produce
