Why a special day when they want to be seen as equal!

Take that premise a bit further, are you or are you not trying to claim that Catholics are not Christians?
That's a pretty much yes or no question.
I have a Catholic friend who I believe is a Christian based on his understanding of salvation many are not. Need I go further because I can!!!!

Still struggling with reconciling aren't you, it's ok, one step at a time. You have never answered my question. because you know the truth about your eternity at the present time, repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Offensive? Truth!!!

and you're certainly allowed to be okay with that if you want to live by the old Jewish Law.

and, he's right, it's no greater sin than any other - and when you read the old Jewish Law, you will see just how trivial some of those sins are (like sitting on a cushion that a woman having her period has sat on and/or getting a tattoo).

also, he's correct. Jesus died for our sins.

It's only Braveheart and the right wing Christian extremists who insist that gays are to be equated to murderers and thieves and are going to go to hell.

don't confused tnvolunteer (as I have done - I often get him and caconservative exchanged in my head) with Braveheart and his circle jerk buddies.

(edited to add: I think I get them confused because of their names - not that they sound or look alike - but for two such dissimilar names, they are very alike! LOL)
Actually I only equate them as both sins, not one being worse than the other but both end up the same hell for the non repentant. Never once have I wished evil things against you. However because you understand the truth of the matter not mine God's you lash out. The worst I have said is that you lifestyle is sexual perversion, or that you lash out because you have been given over to the debased mind. It is not out of hate I am trying to be honest.

It's not even that, this CRossfit guy is entitled to hold the beliefs he holds.
But that tweet was soooo stupid, he had to know it was the end of his career, but apparently, he had gotten that far in life without any idea what the reality of the situation is.

I go through the day thinking all sorts of things, which, if I expressed them openly would cause me no end of grief, but I know enough to filter what I say to the world.
I know that within the context of the workspace, there are things which are unacceptable, that would be fine in another context.
And the work space in today's world doesn't end at the front door of the office, it extends to social media. How does someone not know that?
Thanks from tristanrobin and leekohler2

What special day, it was a promotional event, it's what business does, the business had targeted a demographic for a promotional event, and this idiot fucked it up royally.
He pissed in the corporate Cheerios, he left a turd in the punchbowl, and he left his name on it, hopefully this event helps him to become a better human being, it's already helped CrossFit in one of their target demographics.
Thanks from tristanrobin

Jesus already died for our sins...there is nothing that says we MUST repent for our sins except in the literature of right wing Christian evangelist charlatans and snake oil salesmen.

They need to tell people that others will go to hell so that they can keep the sheeple happy and keep sending in those godly $$$'s!
Repentance is necessary for salvation in the sense that we cannot be saved from God's righteous judgment without changing our minds about sin--without turning from it and seeking to honor God.

"I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish," (Luke 13:3).
"And Peter said to them, ôRepent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit," (Acts 2:3.
"Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all everywhere should repent," (Acts 17:30).

Many Christians have been or still are sitting on the fence or are rather silent on the matter of homosexuality. Your constant and unhealthy obsession about homosexuals was something I previously thought of as a passion in your mind to spread salvation. I was wrong. No one that outspoken, that critical, and that insensitive, and that ignorant or intellectually dishonest can be serving the Lord.

Calling Catholics a cult is absolutely stupidity and shows your complete lack of understanding or knowledge of the history of Christianity, for if it is true that Catholicism is a cult, then by all reasoning except for yours, all denominations and congregations of Christianity MUST be spinoff products from a cult, including yours. Judging from your obsession, you come across as someone belonging to a cult, perhaps Westboro?

Have you taken a moment to think about what Christianity and homosexuality have in common? They were both illegal and prosecuted by Rome, and both had at one time found it necessary to live in the closet. The fish symbol that many ignorant Evangelicals like to put on their car bumpers and elsewhere is the symbol drawn on the sand by Catholics as they were thrown to the lions in the Colosseum for no reason other than believing in that Jesus Christ was the true King of Kings - in Heaven and on Earth, which pissed off the Roman Caesars as they thought they were living Gods and the King of Kings on Earth.

Catholicism is the birth of Christianity. Only a fool would deny that.
Catholicism sends people to hell!

How do you not know that that is a stupid idea?
Have you ever been to America?

Look, I respect your right to believe whatever nonsense you wish to believe.
It's still nonsense. It makes you look stupid, but that might be what you're going for.
