The righties are pissed this morning that he is not conservative enough. The Democrats aren't going to be able to stop his confirmation. What they will be able to do is use him as free campaign material for the midterms.

Here's a preview of some campaign commercials coming:

What is your position on the President being above the law?

Does a woman have a Constitutional right to make her own reproductive choices?

Do people with pre existing conditions have a right to access affordable health care?

Should infant children be taken from their mothers at the border for seeking asylum?

Do the states have the right under Heller to pass background checks for the purchase of firearms?

When did you change your mind on the President being able to be sued after you stopped working for Ken Starr?

Do workers have the right to organize their work place?
Thanks from Clara007 and leekohler2

Did anybody notice Pocahontas protesting outside the Supreme Court last night?? ...Notice Kavanaugh was only nominated minutes before and she and her hyenas already had professionally printed Stop Kavanaugh signs...Trump could have nominated Moses and these moonbats would be protesting....

You would think the so-called Party of Smart, would at least be smart enough to sit back and calmly listen to what the man has to say before they attack him.. Or even just let him get nominated first.... Pocahontas & Co. look like a bunch of God-damned fools..

Unfortunately baby killing is the one and only issue Democrats care about. Their ability to end life in the womb is their only issue.

Here's a preview of some campaign commercials coming:

What is your position on the President being above the law? The same as it has always been

Does a woman have a Constitutional right to make her own reproductive choices?

Yes if she doesn't wish to have a baby don't make the choice to get pregnant

Do people with pre existing conditions have a right to access affordable health care?
If you can show me in the constitution where it says they do yes

Should infant children be taken from their mothers at the border for seeking asylum?
We do not separate them at the border for seeking asylum sit down and quit being stupid, it's when they sneak across and then ask for asylum once they are caught.

Do the states have the right under Heller to pass background checks for the purchase of firearms?
I refer you to the second amendment! Also I ask you if so then do states have the right to deny same sex marriages after all lets be consistent.

When did you change your mind on the President being able to be sued after you stopped working for Ken Starr? I always felt that way but was doing my job I had to separate my convictions from the law at the time.

Do workers have the right to organize their work place?
As long as they do not force dues to be paid by people not participating in said organization, and as long as those people are not penalized for not joining.

I believe Democrats will end up looking terrible as a result. The Judge is a truly honorable man and the mud slinging is going to hurt those doing the slinging.
Why, that's just too fucking bad. Remember the GOP Congress saying they would not approve ANY person nominated by President Obama, remember how they said NO new SC justices should be approved during an election year?
Why are you people surprised at this? You boys set the precedent, now shut up and enjoy it.
You're upset that someone is "slinging mud" for political reasons? The guys that voted in TRUMP? ...

I'd forgotten that. Thanks for the reminder.

It's an election year. NO one should be approved and placed in the bench. Remember?

Does anyone here think that raking Kavenaugh over the coals like they did Thomas will produce anything but a person set on destroying his antagonists? In every case I've seen where extreme smears have been tried and failed the victor goes on to wipe out his antagonists. Not specifically in this arena but life in general.

All he needs to know is that Trump approves of him. These people have no minds of their own.
